I figure that the kid’s homebrewed MANPAD could have it’s game ‘upped’ with enough Autism and time, that I could believe that short range anti-aircraft missiles will be readily available over-the-counter or at least home-made within 2 years.
I mean a proximity fuze and a black powder charge with say a 1/8th or 1/4 pound of 00 buckshot could for-real ruin a flyboy’s day for sure.
So much for the game theory of “You can’t fight the DotGov! They have F-15/16/18s!!!”

You still don’t have enough space even with SWWNBN gone? Or did you already allocate that extra space? Well if you do take on this project, start with an anti armor missile. Weight saved on propellant that can be used in the warhead.
Making the body of a MANPAD missile is no big deal. The truly hard part is making the propellant, getting the High exposives, creating the penetrator or warhead and getting everything to function correctly, in the correct order at the proper time. NOT a simple or easy task. So these really don’t worry me. But to the gun grabbing left they are, of course, an excuse to ring their hands, shout to high heavens and kick the banning and grabbing into a higher gear.
It appears that this kid is using a commercially available hobby rocket motor.

The first casualties they admitted to were reservists working in a warehouse in Kuwait.
Today they admitted 300 casualties, the vast majority with traumatic brain injuries.
The problem is they do NOT want to let it get out that they sent the air defenses protecting US bases in the Gulf to fucking little hat land. Thus our troops were defenseless and got the shit kicked out of them by Iranian missiles and drones.
I would not be surprised if the casualties are REALLY in the thousands.
Wait until any ground troops hit the ground in Iran with no effective air cover.
Watch Trumps cabinet meeting this week, it fucking terrified me. Every asshole there was a YES man saying blatant lies that “everything is great” and dementia afflicted Trump believes their bullshit.
