Not Feeling It Tonight But Hey…

Greetings and Salutations!

The show must go on amiright?

Yeah, if your ‘nose got out of joint’ regarding the “naming of the Boomer” well… why is it so imperative that you feel some kindred need (as irrational as it is) to defend the blatant and obvious fuckery that’s gone on?

I mean if YOU aren’t part of the problem, then why the fuck are you defending your contemptable counterparts!?! TBH, y’all are acting like a bunch of fucking Yids man… “Tribe First” I guess…

Filthie called it right though… it’s the 80-90 age demographic that really fucked things up. The Geezer Patrol if you will… The retarded clueless ‘want to still stick it to “the Man” one last time, hence why “Grantifa” became a meme allllll on it’s own…

If those were my relations!?!

I’d have them hauled off back to the home that they escaped from, and cut down on the care and feeding until they (thankfully) expired. I sure as fuck wouldn’t visit them…. nor let my kids… let them die alone and selfish, just like they promised to do.

Fucking morons.
Just like today

Apparently was a VT (variable timed) fuzed 155mm that went off while on the way to the impact area at Camp Pendleton that caused quite a bit of hubbub.

Seems some of the shrapnel landed gently on the hood of a few of Vance’s vehicles (him being there as part of the 250th Marine Corps. Anniversary) and a few Sherriff’s deputies vehicles. Or as at least gently as a piece of shrapnel from a 155mm shell can fall… more explanation in a second, and you’ll see where I’m going w/this…. See… the thing was:

NO ONE WAS HURT

Although the way the enemedia played it, and Goblin Newscumbag played it, it was as if this was done willfully and intentionally. News for you Newscumbag… IF they wanted to, they’d have dropped the VT-HEDP round ON your worthless fucking head. In fact if -I- were actually in the service still AND if and when that badly hair-gelled Nepo-Faggot menace were to be within 15-20 kliks of my firing position, you can BET I’d willfully and intentionally drop a live round on him and his fucking sycophants

“And nothing of value was lost….”
Jes’ Sayin’

But, alas… alas… ’tis not to be…
A man can dream right?
However:
Since this happened, a BIG ole pile of shytte started cropping up on Twitter with the phrase stating: “Wow, multiple police cars completely destroyed by President Trump’s reckless firing of artillery over Interstate 5 on Camp Pendleton.

People should be outraged regardless of their political affiliation.” along with corresponding pics of the ‘damage’ which consisted of minor dents and ZERO penetrating holes to said vehicles…

To explain: The reason being is that when a VT round detonates at the TOP of it’s trajectory, (instead of juuuust above the target area) and depending on the azimuth and elevation, and well, that round might have been almost 800+ meters in the air when it went Ka-Boomy-BOOM!, and shrapnel, while dangerous, at that altitude, due to atmospheric friction and the generally SMOL size of the fragments, they tend to ‘flitter down’ as opposed to burning in at speed.

Now if it’d detonated say 15 meters above the dirt?
TOTAL WIPEOUT man
VT is a stone bastard of a round.
However This is NOT without precedence:

It’s like the Mythbusters episode about a penny dropped off of the top of the Empire State Building. They proved conclusively that no, no it can’t kill you but can ring your bell and maybe cause a minor injury.

So… In response to such over-the-top hyperbole, myself and a bunch of other Shit-Memelord Assholes went and did things like this:

Right?
I used the pic from Lot 51 in Arifjan, subject of my ghost-poast the other night…

THIS is why I’m burned out… the amount of left-wing ‘experts’ who came out pontificating and telling us ‘how it was’ with this particular incident is just so grating and so… defiling IMO as they never served a day in their lives and ALL OF A SUDDEN they’re EXPERTS in field artillery and shit of this nature!?!

Please Jesus, make it stop
A Plague on them, sooner, rather than later.

Let their ‘pets’ (i.e. the homeless drug-addicted minority masses) rise up and start eating them when the EBT runs out.

I’m comfortable with that.
So that’s my rant for tonight

  1. BC, boomer “tribalism” seems to be pretty strong in the sense that most non-shitlib boomers I know and interact with (my mom, aunts and uncles, neighbors, etc.) seem to bristle immediately at any criticism of their generational cohorts who are of a leftist mindset.

It’s as if they cannot detect I’m not criticizing them specifically, but that I’m using “boomer” (in context) as shorthand for geriatric shitlibs. I’ll go so far as to ask them “were you personally involved in/do you believe in the stupid shit I was just criticizing?” Answer: “no.” My reply “so then why are you so damned butthurt over me criticizing people you don’t share an ideology with and with whom you don’t associate?” In short, if I’m obviously not talking about YOU, then don’t get your panties twisted. But that distinction seems to be frequently lost when I’m making rhetorical statements with broad strokes.

The defensiveness is off the scale, and while I can sort of understand the psychology behind it, the instant knee jerk reactions still put me off. It seems to me an almost feminine mindset, as often even “cool” women will get highly defensive at blanket criticism of the female gender that clearly doesn’t apply to themselves. The male counterpart would be the proverbial sigma (as defined by Vox Day) whose fragile ego cannot withstand any criticism whatsoever without lashing out.

It all stands in contrast to the more laid-back, unconcerned approach to generalized criticism that gen X is typically known for. Maybe we handle it better because – as a collective generation – we’ve spent our whole lives getting shit on. We were never exalted like boomers or silents and their associated culture (particularly their music, and how they “changed the world”). And because we were comparatively small (with many millions of our generational siblings aborted out of mere convenience), and the millennials now outnumber us handily, we still get overlooked. We were never given a chance to grow huge egos over the status and accomplishments of our generation.

I don’t universally hate boomers, just the ones who fucked everything up by their leftist agendas. They are of a very particular mindset and belief system, and do not represent the entirety of their generation. Now, if this comment draws fire from folks who I’m clearly not taking about- and who should easily realize that – my point will have been made for me.

    1. The beginning of wisdom is to call things by their proper name. If you’re criticizing geriatric shitlibs, call them that.
Be precise. Don’t impugn an entire generation, particularly when it includes me.

      1. And there it is. Did you even read (and comprehend) all that I wrote above? Instead of understanding the point, and leaving it at that, you just couldn’t resist getting defensive. The very hallmark of boomer behavior I was speaking of.

        1. No they don’t hear Brother because it was always shut up kid and listen to me tell how great I was and how much better than I was than everyone else…It’s also is the IKAGO fallacy that the Boomers took and ran with that is still prevalent even on our side of the aisle… Pretty sad really that so many after having all the info at their fingertips are still so retarded…

          1. Yeah. So much so that this effect (just demonstrated so aptly) deserves it’s very own “every. single. time.”

        2. Do you even read what you write? If your complaint is about shitlibs than state it as such. Why use the broadbrush and paint people that are not involved? I am familiar with you and know you’re not that stupid.

Yes, I’m a boomer and I can’t stand shitlibs neither nor do I group with them simply because of when I was born.

In time, you’ll get to experience what I’m talking about.

          1. Again, the use of “boomer” in context of conversations I described above was clearly intended (and understood) to mea. shitlibs who also just happened to be boomers. It was relevant because those I was specifically referring to were shitlibs of the boomer age range.

Getting immediately defensive over stupid shit is exactly what I was writing about, and just as expected, there have now been multiple instances of precisely the pattern of behavior I was referring to. Don’t try to make this about semantics, it’s about ingrained patterns of behavior. And it has a near perfect track record of showing itself.

      2. Yes it is a shame, the choice of making a blanket attack on an age group like what was done here.
I did enjoy a lot of the articles here but that all came to an end starting now.

      3. You just can’t help it, can you? Even when it’s explained in small words, you still get butthurt over any criticism (and well deserved at that) of your g-g-g-generation. So fine, if you’re gonna whine anyway, fuck all you boomers.

    2. I hear ya BRD. We’re not that far apart in age, so I understand. In the last few years, I’ve made it easy on myself. Hate everyone until a reason is presented not to hate an individual…then continue hating everyone else minus said individual. And so on. Ya know, simple arithmetic. 😆

      1. JB, based in your post further down below stating you were born in ’74, we’re probably only a few months apart. I was always a straight arrow and avoided drink and drug (and the trouble I saw it lead others my age into), so can’t say I got into the “hippie” culture, but suspect that we could get along just fine as the middle aged dudes we are now. My musical tastes run more classic rock/blues/jazz, and I listen to music for enjoyment when I have free time. Haven’t had my tv at home on now in over 5 years.

I was more of a electronics and computer nerd, with just enough “coolness” in other areas and hobbies that I wasn’t consigned to forever hang with the hard core autists, and sort of strode a middle ground which suited me just fine. Not socially invisible, but not a Chad Thundercock standout, either.

I had my challenges, but overall life was pretty damn good. I was fortunate to have a natural aptitude (and a father who did as well, so learned a lot by example) for repairing almost anything, and even have musical talent as an keyboard guy. Still have a rack full of synths and modules I like messing around with, but haven’t gigged in many years. Keep mostly to myself anymore, fake and ghey clown world is truly a fucked up joint that I try to minimize my interaction with.

        1. Same dude, same. ‘Cept my “geek out” thing is guitars and the accompanying electronics, pedals, amps and such.

          1. We seem to have several of the same vices, JB.
I’m rebuilding 2 flying Vs…one classic and one Randy Rhoads V with EMG 85 and 81 respectively with all new hardware (tuning pegs, pots/wires, Floyd Roses), and going active electronic pickup in my BC Rich Warlock. My 7 string JEM build tweeks will have to wait.
            Next is finishing my pedalboard.

    3. Well fucking said Brother but it will fall on deaf ears as you saw already…They would rather fight you for telling the truth than the ones burning down civilization using their generation to accomplish a lot of it…

  2. It’s because like the guy told you yesterday. They playing us against each other bro.

    1. Even with that being true, we need no exogenous instigators for there to be stark division amongst different groups within the population. Division is a natural sorting of the unlike, and it is clearly evident that there are large swathes of the population who are aligned against us in social, economic and other political matters that concern the fundamental structure of the country.

Do you need a sneaky jew (or other subversive, take your pick; there are plenty to go around) to convince you that a fucking liberal twat scab is your enemy? I certainly don’t. I know they’re against me and everything I believe in. They’ve said so in no uncertain terms, and of late they’ve been demonstrating that with physical violence.

In return, my hatred of them is automatic, not prompted by some other asshole on the sidelines screaming “let’s you and him fight!” It’s not as if we are suddenly going to have a big kum by yah hand holding party with these people, and buy the world a Coke. A conflict is coming, it doesn’t need to be artificially engineered.

    2. Some folks just can’t think for themselves, no discernment.
They always need a babysitter to hold their hand and tell them what to do/think, and that includes hating those that fed and nurtured them.

      1. amen, brother. spoiled children are the same in every generation. learning to appreciate one’s gifts is not human nature, it is developed over time, with experience. But I’m old, what the fuck do I know.
…one hopes you are well. stay safe.

  3. speaking of the will o’ the wisps that you saw. there was a science report that came out last month about all living things produce a faint glow that slowly fades away after death. now scientists saw this in a lab with their special Instruments but who’s to say what one might see in the dead of night in a graveyard or junkyard. happy Samhain Billy boy

  4. I’m GenX the same age as BCE and the thing that pisses me off about Boomers in general (not all of course) is that they refuse to admit that things are totally different today than when they were young.

“Why those young whiners need to stop blowing their money and buckle down like I did. I did it, so can they”.
We had a good debate on Divemedic’s site a month or so ago.
Almost none of the Boomers will admit that economic and societal conditions are totally different today than 50 years ago.
Most of them retired at 55 with a nice pension and have had an awesome retirement.
    GenX and younger ??
Maybe maybe retire at 67 with a piddly 401k and maybe Social Security.
Or you can be like my buddy Dave who couldn’t afford to retire and dropped dead on the job at 67 a few months ago.
Things aren’t great for GenX but they are terrible for Millennials like my nephews.

    1. I’m right on the millennial/X divide. The inability for so many people over the age of 60 to acknowledge how different it is today compared to 30 years ago is the most frustrating part of these discussions. I’m only 40 and I can see a big difference in what I had even vs current 30 year olds, especially when it comes to buying a house.

The problem (big surprise) is often rooted in social media/memes. They see some whiny liberal arts graduate with 150k in student loans, purple hair, piercings, covered in tattoos and just assume most of ‘today’s generation’ that are struggling are similar people, while either unaware or unwilling to acknowledge the average home cost vs average income disparity between when boomers were 30 vs now.

Lastly, let’s not forget all the covid lockdowns, which massively accelerated this trend. This was done, we were told, to protect ‘the vulnerable’. The largest such category was older people, which is obviously the boomer generation. So not only is the entire economic system tailored to benefit them over the young, we had to sacrifice so many people’s jobs, businesses, years of children’s educations, and health, to (allegedly) protect them too. I will say I’m pretty lucky as my relatives on both sides are mostly among ‘the good ones’.

        1. Absolutely. Which is yet another of the unforgivable sins in how COVID was (mis)handled.

    2. And it will be worse for Gen Z. I do realize that things are very different than when I grew up. I watched gas prices go from 20 cents to over $1 per gallon, rents increasing with wages barely keeping up. Even with what was considered a good education it took me till my 30’s to realize why the world was becoming more fucked up and life harder than it was for my parents. Part of the reason that people are getting red pilled at an earlier age now is the amount of unfiltered information available via the internet. I think that was one thing that got out of control of TPTB and now they are trying to get control back by censorship using AI. Millennial’s and Gen Z will either be the muscle that will topple the control system or be seduced by substituting AI for deep thinking. That is the true purpose of AI, to keep people from learning to think for themselves. As for the libtards of the boomer generation, only the most severe economic shock and societal break down could wake them up.

    3. There is a simple reason for the discrepancy between retirement/lifestyle exigencies amongst the age cohorts: unsound money.

In 1964, the minimum wage was $1.25 and coinage was actually 90% silver. So, what is the melt value today of 5 junk silver quarters ? Using $48.92 (Silver close 10-22/2025) per troy ounce.

Using this price, the melt value of a single 90% silver quarter is approximately:
0.1808×48.92=8.84. Therefore, the melt value of five silver quarters is:
5×8.84=44.20 so the melt value of five silver quarters at yesterday’s close is approximately $44.20.

Do we make $44.20/hour AT MINIMUM WAGE ? !!!

Extrapolate that across the economy, then add the effects of corruption and usury, and you see quite clearly why everyone after the boomers is completely F*%^@D !

  5. Why are the celebrating the Marine Corps birthday 20 days either. 10 November 1775 is their birthday, what is J. D. busy that day.

      1. I told Semper Fi 0321 Happy 250th, because he’s an old friend of mine, and I haven’t said much to him lately, and thought it would be a good time to do it. I know, November 10th. Notice the next day is Veterans Day. Not a coincidence.

        1. The boomer mindset is real and it’s subconscious on their part. I’m the youngest of seven with a large gap between them and me. They were raised by a stay at home mother. They learned about money when it was made with real silver.
Mom had to work outside the home when I was growing up. And she went back to school to get skills for a better job…. Yeah, I’m generation x. I was raised on hose water and neglect. They have no idea about the lack of faith in the system that younger generations have. They’ve got unlimited faith in ‘the system’ because of when they grew up. I’ve got no faith in the system because of when I grew up. The boomers can’t help it. They really can’t understand the things on our side of the cultural divide.

          1. This goes further to the point I was trying to make with my first comment in this thread, and I’d like to thank you for articulating it. It really is an innate difference in characteristics between generations that cannot be bridged. There is zero comprehension of “not all boomers”, and an attack on one is treated as an attack on all. Very Borg-like.

The problem is that even mentioning this disparity in mindset brings out knee-jerk defensiveness on the part of boomers to whom it doesn’t necessarily apply (and there are always outliers). It’s almost like jews, where absolutely zero criticism can ever be tolerated, and if one dares to broach the subject anyway, they are shouted down with angry accusations of antisemitism. And I’ll bet my ass this will garner a number of angry replies, just as my remarks above have.

          2. No shit bro… it’s why I’m sick of the “All for One, None For You” defensiveness. Half of the folks who’re screeching about “attacks on me!!!” and “NABALT”… Listen… if it doesn’t apply to you then SHUT THE FUCK UP and suck it up.
            OR
I’ma start permabanning. I’m sick of the reflexive knee jerk shitty attitudes… I’m Gen X. WE were the first to get fucked over, and it’s trickled down. Millennials and Zoomers? Gah! As much as I’d like to be 30 years younger right now? To a point it’d only be so I could be physically in shape to go -somewhere- and disappear into a woodline, build a lil underground cabin, and live my life out in Monk-Like serenity…

          3. BC you have way more resources to do that now then you did when you were younger so get to it…

          4. Another Fred, this is smash on point. The screaming arguments between me and my older friend have carried on for 30 years, because we enjoy yelling. Like night and day, it is.
Him? Mom at home, great retirement, GOP Republican talking points unchanged since Clinton.

          5. Sorry, add on, but that “Mom at home” detail is so important. It was a total gem of an observation, and says whole volumes about how the White world was. Boomers really were molded by a different civilization.

How could any of us have known what was behind the curtain? We were raised in a society based on trust, our kids in a society where they can’t trust anyone.

    1. Without defending those undeserving, I’d point out that Hart Cellar (1965) was a product of the silents who fought in WWII, and thereby should’ve known better about blurring national boundaries. Boomers were kids/teens when that shit went down. And what of the political shit fuckery of 1913 (income tax, federal reserve act, etc.)? Those were orchestrated by the parent or grandparent of the silents.

Plenty of blame to go around, so I’m not a solving boomers for their part. Just saying this has been a century plus long project to fuck us all. Many players across multiple generations have accountability. We can go back as far as Lincoln (fuck him too) for effectively negating the idea that the USA was a voluntary union of states. Our downfall has been a very long time in the making.

    2. Just as soon as you can tell me exactly how I caused the decline, working like a coolie, trying to raise a family, trying to make do with very little, and having no influence whatsoever on TPTB.

        1. that was intelligent- NOT

Sean is a better man than you son…

whites are getting their collective asses kicked and soon to be extincted because of misplaced ego.

grow up “men” and pull together before it’s too damn late..

          1. fuckin a, tfA-t. (see what I did there, ha ha) I hope you are well, brother. Be safe, shit is “fixin’ to get mixed”

          2. shit is already mixed Grampa

hold your fire until it’s a “good shoot”

no sense in getting hemmed-up just yet

      1. Did I mention YOU specifically? If not, then please sit back down and enjoy the show, and quit ‘tribalizing’ yourself.

I swear Boomers act like a certain (((tribe))) if you question them or the outcomes that have happened.

        1. the reality of this shit sandwich is the fucking kikes have been doing what kikes do for longer than any one of us have been alive. quit blaming your white boomer brethren for going about trying to better their lives working within the parameters the hook noses placed on them..

how about those unlucky goyim who were sacrificed in the world wars for nothing? is it their fault for doing what their gubbermint told them to do? please explain your answer..

fact is, we’re all fucked and sinking- and soon about to be swimming among hungry sharks who don’t care one bit how you ended up in the drink……… it’s dinner time and we are the main course.

pull it the fuck together fellas and work as a team, it’s the only way any of us have a chance at this point.

BLAME THE JEW- not the boomer

      2. By not standing up to the commies, for being a CUCK, for allowing everything that happened (BEFORE I WAS FUCKING BORN) and cheering it on no less. FUCK YOU BOOMER

  6. It’s a long story. But somehow I ended up as the OpsO of an artillery battalion on Lejeune; mind you, I wasn’t a cannon cocker either. Like I said, long story.

When I saw the news, first thought was that some dipshit gun bunny fucked up the VT settings. Probably because they were worried about powder charges being correct so as to avoid a “short” round.

While I’ve never shot there, I would guess the shot from Onofre to the impact zone is a 4-bag. Might be a 3.

Either way, the number of fucks screeching about it are just retards that know nothing. I knew precious little other than pull string-go boom and “you, this is me, adjust fire polar, over.”

Someone I know mentioned that it was a good thing that CA shut down the 5. I replied by asking if the PCH was shut down as well. If not, it was all optics, baby.

I’d love to see the SDZ approved by Range Control. Surprised they didn’t force HE PD for “safety”. Guarantee they were firing high angle of fire, or that SDZ would be fucked.

    1. There is no PCH through Camp Pendleton. If the 5 was closed then the only way around was by way of Fallbrook or Vista. Then again, fuck civilian pukes.

  7. I hated fuckin’ hippies as a kid, as a young metal head I hated hippies then, and as an almost 61 year old, I hate hippies now.
I’m almost shocked those old hippies didn’t strip down, drop acid, and have “free love” after rolling around in the road garbage right there in the middle of the street.
That was their last shot at reliving their “glory days” before they lie stinking and rotting in the earth.

    1. On the surface, you’d prolly hate me. I’m basically a hippie, metalhead born in 1974. Loved acid when I could take it…can’t anymore. Gettin’ my dick shined wasn’t too bad either, but realistically I could accomplish the same thing on my couch with a sixer and a pizza…with a lot less bullshit. However, I know fuckery when I see it, which is prolly why I had my fun and moved on alone. Gimme Hendrix, Janis, Slayer and Testament (amongst others) coming through the speakers, a Guinness and a doob of the kind and a good time will be had. Keep in mind there’ll be a 1911 on my person in case shit goes sideways.

        1. Amen to that. Had myself some of that done on the grille for dinner tonight. We’re going to be running out of decent weather here before too much longer, so have to take the opportunities to play pit master whie I still can.

      1. Oh, in the 80s, I was no saint. I played in metal bands, so I saw my share of stars, moons, and popeye cartoons, but I hated that whole “peace, love, and age of aquarius” bullshit.
I was, and still am, far to evil, mean, wicked and nasty to be a part of those peacenik, flower-toating faggots.

        1. They were and still are insufferably hypocritical: ” I hate money, but keep your hands off of my stack.” F ’em.

    2. I hate, loath detest, revile, shit-upon, hippies too. Dad came home from Viet Nam after almost a year, and these shitty, smelly, stupid fucks were yelling at spitting at my Dad (and a few others) and calling him the usual “baby killer.” Even at 10 years old, I just wanted to tear into them and make THEM hurt. Still hate hippies and that whole time-frame. (BTW, BC… Dad was stationed at MacDill at the time. small world.)

      1. Those hippies were anything but harmless. The lugenpresse might have been pushing all that Flower Power shit, but I remember how scary those fuckers were for a kid. They most definitely would steal kids for nefarious purposes. Kept real close to the Old Man when we had to be around those dirtbags when traveling through Nor Cal back then. The look in their eyes was like that of an animal. Read Ed Sanders book on the Mansonoids. Sex, Drugs, animals and little kids. The Children of God were known for turning out kids.. the Phoenix Phamily is a prime example. But running around horny and naked, while munching on LSD, Mushrooms, Speed….etc. Yeah, those animals were going to stop with fucking literally anything that stayed still long enough. Funny how Hollywood hated Vets, but loooved them some perverted hippies. Yeah, that is not hard to understand..

    1. OMFG!! Thank You for that, had no ideer about Buddy, but the guy’s good nature and humor is dang infectious, that little giggle sure got me grinnin’

  8. Went to lunch at Burger King today, had a double cheeseburger combo meal. Didn’t get a crown as the schools were closed for an inservice instructor day and the kids got all the crowns. Damn, miss timed that one. It was a nice day weather wise and got to spend time with Pretty Wife. Got home and took a nap, it’s good to be retired.

    Spin

  9. When I was a single man “dating” through the garbage fire of the post-feminism techno-accelerated sexual dystopia, every single mother of a woman who was decent enough to manage to matriculate into some sort of prospect for a real relationship with me was a total leftist shrew with a massive chip on her shoulder.

Many were, shocking, divorced, and sought to relive or make up for missing out, through their daughters. All of them gave their daughters “advice” diametric to her success in landing a man and a marriage. All of them were obsessed with status and howard zinn revisionist history which would have them pedestalize all matters of darks and freaks and generally illegitimizing everything that their own people had provided them this life.

The fathers were largely inert. Just pursuing their own best lives as the broken girls of tiktok like to say. Some decent. Some really good men. But all under the gyno thumb and all submitting to that dynamic out of eagerness or tedium, same result.

This passive-aggressive gynocracy of bitter old bishes buttressed by weak men pursuing materialism – a lot of which supported by the State wreaking havoc on their post-divorce lives, as both parents worked to burn down all of Chestertons fences that they felt were caging in their free spirits and thus the potential of their precious kids – all while pushing some bastardized and cherry-picked 50’s model of normal american life, but you know, with double incomes and uncompromising career trajectory and status for the daughters.

All carried on the back of mass invasion (cheap lawn care and big box retail china crap) and debt-fueled hedonistic consumerism propping up precarious and anxious social status hierarchy to which their actual life choices revealed their highest preference and priorities.

The early stages of this had me and my siblings at home alone a lot to feed ourselves. The gen-x way. My mom is a crazy bitter old bag, cluster B type, who continues to take from the world long after her meagre contributions have been cashed out. It is still all about her standard of living/entitlement. My dad worked himself to death long ago.

That is why I despise the “boomer”. Its not some generational beef. As we are all products of our time. And we will all be judged for what we did or did not do as our time on the great clock counts down. From what I see most of my genx comrades have not broken from this destructive model but have instead put themselves on their own pedestal of greatness and material and status pursuits. Just with fewer kids and better financial controls.

The buck stops here. Or so it should. Time will tell. Seems “inert” is common thing on our watch too. Whenever we talk in generalities, people will always be moved toward exceptionalism. And yet none of us disagree that the model undertaken as we came up as kids and through current year, has destroyed centuries of what our people have built, settled, conquered, and carried forward for our posterity.

The ‘boomers’ were in command when the iceberg was hit. Their kids are polishing the brass. What are we doing? Thats what matters.

    1. Man, can I relate to this, insofar as it describes so many of the mothers (and fathers) of a number of girls I was involved with in the past. None of which relationships ended up lasting very long, because the crazy mothers (and passive fathers who never enforced limits for their daughters during upbringing, who then became feral as adults) created maladjusted young women my age, who frequently ended up being intolerable after a relatively short time together.

These women could maintain an illusion of being worth pursuing and spending time with for a few weeks or months, but eventually the mask slipped. Rampant entitlement, spending into oblivion on dumb shit, cluster B cases, alcoholism, weird sexual proclivities (beyond even 50 shades of grey stuff), too much girl boss™ attitude, and on it went. After years of dealing with this, I finally had enough, said fuck it, and excused myself from the game. Yes, I failed at family formation, but at least I didn’t saddle myself with a massive liability who would have undoubtedly divorce raped me by now, and would’ve likely driven me to bankruptcy, a heart attack, or both.

And now, being in their mid 4o’a to early 5o’s, I’m sure almost every one of them have become almost indistinguishable from their mothers in terms of their general attitude and behavior, as they were essentially made to be facsimiles in that way. So, I’ll die alone. At least I won’t be miserable until the day that happens. And you know what? I can live with that.

      1. Big Ruckus D, we all die alone. The myth that we are aware of our loved ones and friends around the time you expire is pure bunk. You don’t go to your Valhalla with thoughts of your love ones wishing you a safe journey up those stairs or careening on that highway bouncing off barriers and hitting poles… Too many times I have witnessed death and it is not a dramatic exit. One moment a semblance of you is there, next, a empty shell that is starting to rot at a faster rate.

I am 67 and all the bullshit I rejected at an early life, except the don’t trust authority or any one over thirty, a good life lesson.

        1. Oh, I get that. And since the atomization of families that do exist has gotten so bad – either by being geographically far flung, or just “too busy” for people to properly get together anymore – the significance of family seems to have been cheapened. All my siblings live local, and yet outside of periodic text messages, I’m lucky to see or talk to all but one of them with any regularity. Funerals use to be a big deal when I was a kid. Now they are nearly an afterthought, and the departed barely get a moment of reflection.

Even other life events like birthdays, baptisms, graduations, etc. that used to warrant huge family get togethers complete with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins, are now often just matters for celebration by immediate family only. That’s a stark change from how things were up until sometime in the mid 1990’s, when the societal decline really began picking up steam.

My point being that I never expected to have scores of people standing alongside my death bed (or that I’d even be aware if there were), and celebrating my life after I’m gone. It was just more an extension of the musing on how I never managed to form a family of my own due to the circumstances of the time and societal setting I found myself in. Plenty of others have ended up in the very same scenario, including my middle brother, who is the sibling I see most often.

I’ve accepted my destiny, that doesn’t mean I can’t make philosophical observations on it.

      2. Perhaps I am just lucky, or maybe my husband has an overly-developed sense of masochism, but I am happily married for 37 years, have a master’s degree, run our small business with my husband, home-schooled and raised 4 kids, and never subscribed to the girl-boss, gynocratic model. I always felt the modern culture was simply a lie: to get girls to never be comfortable at what they saw in the mirror, and to get guys to think that they always needed to buy more shit to keep us.

There are some decent people out there, across all generations. I, personally, have found tribe with Braver Angels, bikers, and the gun clubs.

        1. And may I say thank you for being a success, even in the face of a society that actively encouraged failure. Your personal character undoubtedly had much to do with your long term outcome, but there was also a bit of luck involved, at least in so far as you meeting your spouse at the right time and place to being with.

Far too many of us missed the window of opportunity because we were mucking around in the shit created by a damaged society, not finding any better alternatives at the time when it mattered most. Those of us who tried to commit to the incapable and unworthy usually got wrecked in our mid 30’s to mid 40’s via divorce. I avoided that particular landmine, but so many I know didn’t, and were – and remain – worse off for the experience. For

Gen X there still had a pretty strong belief in playing the hand we were dealt. It wasn’t until the late millennials that a lot of men figured out the system was hopelessly screwed, so they upended the table, pissed in the dealers face, and walked away from the game. Gen Z seems poised to take that mindset even further. I can’t say I blame them, having grown up witnessing the state of the world around them.

  10. Mongo,
I identify as generation Jones (younger boomer) and the older boomers and my group were the “me generation”
Very self absorbed, so I am not insulted by your observations.
Last year I read a bunch of post-apocalyptic fiction, because of the awful administration, I just tried to read the next book in the series, and I am too happy to get into it.
This is what I voted for, and I’m loving it!

  11. I exist within the Boomer parameters. Born in March, 1951. Ya’ll remember that year? Of course not. Not sure what my part was in fucking all of your lives up. Maybe someone could explain it to me.
Yes, circumstances are much different today than ‘way back then’. I had choices, both good and bad. Maybe most of you don’t have choices at all, IDK. I made mostly good choices as time proved out and only a few bad ones. (Well, maybe more than a few, but I survived them)
Those geriatric leftist misfits around my age that are all over the news were just leftist misfits ‘way back then’. We didn’t run in the same circles, so to speak. My observation is that there are idiots and stupid people all across the age spectrum.

    1. “Those geriatric leftist misfits …were just leftist misfits ‘way back then’.
… there are idiots and stupid people all across the age spectrum.”

That right there is the heart of the matter.

  12. Find the things that bind us positively rather than the negatives and we will be harder to bifurcate by those that control an narrative! I am an early GenX and find commonality with my elders as well as those that came after, learning as I go!

  13. If you’re any age, out protesting in the streets, you’re wasting your time. Nobody cares, and it don’t matter.

  14. Born in 1960. We lived in “South” California ( I now live in the N/E section of the state) during that time the place we lived we could see the landing strobe lights of El Toro Marine base and could hear the explosions at Camp Pendelton at night. Never heard of any problems, now Newscum gets his sanitary napkin in a twist over this? FGN.

  15. Bump-
    THIS-
I mean if YOU aren’t part of the problem, then why the fuck are you defending your contemptable counterparts!?!

    1. It’s just like the niggers and jews do defend the worst because they can’t self reflect and they have a lot of hubris…I’ve always said Boomer is an attitude not an age group and it got called that because a large share of that generation exhibited it…

  16. I never have been a boomer. That is a bullshit label some asshole somewhere tacked on to certain people. And you’re labeled as “Dipshit Z” or whatever. Does that make you a better man than me? Fuck that.

In 1980 I came out of about 10 years of being stoned – around the clock. And it dawned on me – time to dedicate all extracurricular time to bourbon. And I did and I have since.

So anyway, how are your Halloween decorations shaping up?

  17. Trying to read thru all this left me shaking my head.
    Divide & Conquer.
Shame be on all of you doing that.

  18. I’m moving on for this generational conflict. It’s fake, gay, and counter-fucking-productive.

    1. True enough, because it will change nothing. I still enjoyed saying my piece. And if it caused anyone to reconsider any preconceived notions, maybe it wasn’t a complete waste of time.

I’ll reiterate that those bemoaning “divide and conquer” as a terrible thing are wishing against reality and denying history . There are always divisions and disagreements among disparate groups, because we have different beliefs and goals. Some lead to a sane, stable society. Others lead to strife and ruin. Whose system gets imposed is the crux of the whole argument. Anyway, the world is not one big happy brotherhood of man singing Kat Stevens songs. Fucking deal with it, because that reality is not going away.

        1. amen to that, Berg… saw one of those meme things that said
“sit with warriors, the conversation is different”.
Sad that so many spend so much time on shit that just doesn’t matter. …all this generation talk is bullshit. We can discuss who’s fucking fault it is after we get to the other side.
There’s going to be a fight, let’s win

  19. All I can say is that, as a 71 year-old boomer, it is quite interesting to read all of these so informed opinions about who I must be, how things were some much better when I was a kid. Fine example of horse shit flowing and bull shit generalizations. Each generation thinks their’s has it worse than the next – and the last. Yes, we were just shitting in high cotton back in the late 50s, 60s, and 70s. Living high on the hog. Sad sight to see.

    1. yup

most of my peers growing up never got “the american dream” in their lifetimes- most, not all. the ones who made it either were born into money, or like me worked like a madman while making the right choices, and or, just got lucky as fuck.. so don’t think the boomers had it so good

honestly, after several failed marriages to the wrong X’ers, i gave up on love and family.. it’s not like i didn’t try. americunt women are just not marrying material. who wants to spend their life and resources with a blown-out whore with another mans offspring?

fact is peepul, millionaires are being made in this country faster right now than ever- as some complain about not being a millionaire.. will an 8 hr a day job make you one? NOPE and never will.

    2. The money doesn’t matter.
What matters is, there was primo trim *everywhere*, and they liked to have a man.

  20. We all come here for various reasons. We all have different life experiences, opinions, and so there will be disagreement among us. I do think, despite some of the poo flinging, that we all are more alike in fundamental ways than not. Would you help out some random stranger, normally? But I think many of us have helped, if we were able, people BC or other bloggers have asked us to. So some of the American spirit still survives.

  21. BC, boomer “tribalism” seems to be pretty strong in the sense that most non-shitlib boomers I know and interact with (my mom, aunts and uncles, neighbors, etc.) seem to bristle immediately at any criticism of their generational cohorts who are of a leftist mindset.

Wrong once again. What they “bristle” at is being lumped in with the useless hippies. The term “boomer” refers to a specific age group. You want to call out the “shitlibs” v.s. the non “shitlibs”, then do that. Otherwise, you’re just another whiny little turd who has daddy issues.

    1. No, because “shitlib” is also a generalization that encompasses all age groups. Thus, the shorthand “boomer” is employed in giving precedence to referring to shitlibs of that particular age group. You keep missing (or ignoring) the fact that such use doesn’t occur in a vacuum, it is done in context of a conversation specifically talking about shitlibs of a certain age.

In short, if you are a boomer, but NOT a shitlib, the contextual use of “boomer” I was referring to doesn’t apply to YOU. Take the win for not being a stupid shitlib, and stop getting so goddamned indignant that I had the temerity to say anything critical about some random, hypothetical liberal idiot boomer at some unspecified place and time, as though I was insulting you personally. But I’ll lay even odds that given that further clarification, you still won’t get it.

  22. Im glad others get it as well, im on the x / mil line and what BCE and Big Ruckus D are saying rings so true. But the most spot on thing i see was this from Fred:
“Yeah, I’m generation x. I was raised on hose water and neglect. They have no idea about the lack of faith in the system that younger generations have. They’ve got unlimited faith in ‘the system’ because of when they grew up. I’ve got no faith in the system because of when I grew up”.

  23. Good grief the boomerism is nauseating. I came from the tail end of Gen X and was part of the shift from analog to digital, the implementation of the internet and cell phones, etc. In my interactions with boomers, with rare exception, they are all RV-lakehouse-harley-6 cruises a year yuppies with pension, etc. while their children and grandchildren are barely making ends meet. And if you mention their precious isn’trael, they turns 10 shades of red and purple faced about muh gr8st all-eye. just like nigger fatigue is growing, so is boomer fatigue. fuck ’em. burn the bridges and start over. we’re used to being on our own anyway.

  24. I would love to get everyone together and see how we all act when we are f2f with each other…If I was a betting man I would say we would act more civil to one another for sure… Problem is everyone is scared to do that so all they do is talk tough online that everyone is a pussy… Pretty pathetic really…

        1. What we would call a tale of high risk, extreme conditions, and wild adventure, he just calls another day at work.

      1. Talking shit online proving me right once again…I’m beginning to feel like I’m That..

      2. man, it fuckin cracks me up, what fucking internet cunts will say online that they would NEVER have the balls to say in person. GEN X, I can guarantee you would never say that to my Brother Lineman face to face; and live.

  25. Look at the crowd in this FAGGOT church, its all greyhairs, BOOMERS ARE CUCKS and you all know it, hat tip to wrsa for the link
    https://x.com/DerrickEvans4WV/status/1979633199233085803

Lineman – im in oklahoma come on over, ultimately thats were this is going, shits going to go down and people like me arent going to ask what you believe we are just going to assume you are a jew sucking faggot cuck because of your age. Ive already made clear to everyone i know jews and boomers wont be welcome once shit hits the fan

    1. Well I’m in Montana Brother so we would have to meet halfway and you could bring all the rest of you from OK because their is a lot of you guys down there… Hopefully you have made contact with them…
