Only real idea I have until I digest this for a day or three is a trail cam pointed at the street and suspect house set for shots every few minutes on screen changes. Infrared won’t work through glass, would have to be outside. Having it inside a window is a plus, less vulnerable to tampering. Manual only, don’t get wifi or any transmitting ability on it. You might can get one that takes a shot every few minutes motion or not. I’ll research them a bit, haven’t had need, my system is 720P cams wired on coax, no transmissions of any kind.    Sheryl Atkinson, during the heyday of Fast & Furious, stopped an “outside agency” from tampering with her computer (adding? deleting?). She’d gotten up in the middle of the night and heard her computer going. Only problem was, she’d turned it off before going to bed. I believe she had to unplug it, as it wasn’t responding to normal control. Too paranoid? Never!
   Not gonna tell you your biznezz, but you may want to get an external HD and periodically backup your computer, then disconnect it. Do whatever deep dives to find any hidden stuff. Unplug your computer when not in use. And whatever other protective means you find necessary.

    Failing that, get spare batteries. When mine give a low battery alarm, I waddle out to them and put in one of the spares, then charge the spent one for the next changeout.

    I first heard about gang stalking 10-15 years ago and I thought it was just paranoid stuff from the fringe. Then I started to find some wild videos on youboob of dudes straight up videoing their observers. It’s hard to disagree with a dude who actually can show you the same 3 people following him throughout the mall in and out the doors, through the stores, up and down the stairs, etc. Or the guy who was testing his camera and caught what appeared to be a team watching him with numerous folks on foot, on bikes, and in cars watching him and apparently trading hand signals. Or a recent video I saw of a home security camera catching kids apparently discussing their surveillance. That was wild. I don’t know what it’s for or who does it or why, but I believe it happens now.

    What makes it more interesting is I’ve known some FBI guys and they freely tell me about their old surveillance ops back in the day. They said, for instance, they would go out with the power company or the phone company to put up cameras on poles outside the target’s home. They even had their own uniforms and bucket trucks. They would go right into a home to install hits while the owner was out. They would put trackers on cars. There was no mention of using massive teams of people for routine and ongoing surveillance of regular folks and no mention of using kids.

    FWIW, and this might not work for you, my buddy (now deceased, sadly) had a simple alert system at his place in the mountains. He got two cheap motion detector kits and put them on the road at either edge of his property. If someone drove by, he got two “bing-bongs” from the speaker, letting him know someone had passed. If he only got one “bing-bong” he knew he had uninvited guests. It was pretty wild up there- he warned me to never stop and never set foot off the roadway, because all the mountain folks liked to shoot first and ask later. I witnessed his setup working when he caught some out-of-towners picking blackberries on his road frontage.

    He kicked me off down a wee bit of a rabbit hole with his stuff, it was entertaining to read. Funny enough, some of the things I read/heard about through him have since been confirmed from other sources.     With one major exception: if the out-of-state vehicle’s title is held by a finance company, the Florida county has to request a transfer of title from that state and then have the vehicle’s title issued by that county, which takes time.

    Only then can you go get your Florida tags.

    Texas functions the same way in requiring a transfer of title from another state.

    Some states don’t do this and deal with the transfer of title after the vehicle is paid off, but not Florida and also not Texas.

    So Pennsylvania plates still on the vehicles, or even just one of them, can be totally legit.

    Think off the shelf 6’180lb age 25-65. Do a meet and greet with rental vehicles, bicycles, rollerskates, scoot all over town.
    Do funky stuff: like order lingerie in outlandish sizes and colours, enquire about bulk tie dye and glitter, geraniums of unusual appearance, angostura bitters in the bulk pack, make chalk marks on random objects, do dead drops and pickups of packets of ketchup or talcum powder or rolls of quarters, practice your MJ moonwalk and/or Van Halen airguitar while your buddy signals in semaphore. Dress up in Burka with baby carriages packed with bluetooth linked boomboxes and march in formation in slow time behind a colour party bearing Israeli and Chinese flags to various snappy march tunes and national anthems of Nepal and Burkina Faso. Furtively bury potato peelings by dead of night near your hedgelines where your cameras can observe any re-diggers. String various lengths of wire with insulators around your place, in funky wavelengths. Make a spark gap transmitter from an old electric drill and an ignition coil to light up the rf spectrum. Order pizza for your dodgy watcher neighbours, in popular flavours like double anchovy, hold the cheese. Become the nosy pain in the ass neighbour, showing up at inconvenient times to borrow a spoonful of saffron or a dab of haemherrhoid cream. Using your airgapped computer, make dub tapes of famous actors plotting nefarious deeds, play them as background noise while doing other things like being somewhere else. Wave enthusiastically at random strangers driving by. Rig up solenoid actuated toilet flushers, shower valves, random burp and fart and shotgun racking noises…those get attention.

    If you’re already paying for the Stasi, at least make their lives interesting. You may be able to kill some of them later. In the meantime, help them kill themselves by driving them further insane.
