  1. I caught a cold for the first time since ’21, when I had the coof. Got the sniffles and a cough, dammit. I was starting to think that beating the coof had given me magic powers of immunity against all sicknesses. (Pureblood)

The only thing I haven’t thrown at it yet, is my ivermectin. I don’t think it’s bad enough for that, yet.

    1. Something is out there and it is a PITA (well chest). I’m on week three of a cough and intermittent nasal drainage that just won’t go away.
No fever, no major headaches, just damned mostly non productive cough and sore trachea.
Longest I have ever had one, usually they go away in a week.
Like you, have the Z pack and Ivermectin at the ready but am trying to wait this one out.
Would not put it past the Chinese and minions to have weaponized more shit than coof.

  2. You guys sure it’s not allergies? Over the past few years, hurricanes down here in the Gulf Coast have blown in some plant life that isn’t normal to this area, and the pollen from it seems to be affecting a lot of people, me included. It kinda feels like a minor cold with the coughing, nose running like a faucet and jacked up eyes.
Unless you wash them every day, almost all the autos down here look piss yellow. Until it has run it’s course, I just write “Spring Sucks” in the pollen on my truck before I attempt to wash and wax it.

    1. It’s allergies for me, sickness for Sapper/Gretchen. The ‘chest thing’
Ivermectin isn’t scratching it, nor Fenbendazol.
Loaded ’em up with the C/D Vitamins, and it’s keeping them OK, but both are exhausted and my eyes feel like I’ve been on an Iraqi Desert Convoy w/out Goggles
      Tired of this crap man…

      1. That sucks.
Very few allergy meds work on me, and the ones that do dope me up like a Woodstock hippie.

      2. I had a nasty bug in late Feb. Took a Z-pack followed by 10 days of Ivermectin and my usual daily vitamins with 1000mg extra of C. I have never, thank God, suffered from allergies. I’m thinking it might have been that RSV shit with another opportunistic bug. Kind of like a bad cold with the flu aches for the first few days and fatigue for about a week.

    2. Could be allergies only I am in Michigan and we still have snow squalls. Maybe mold given all the frigging rain/snow this season. Either way, sucks donkey ballz.

    1. I’ve been fighting back some similar sounding shit myself. No effect on my eyes, but awful drainage that comes and goes during the day (is worse in the evening, actually) and now have an unproductive cough. I assumed it was allergies since there is zero congestion, either sinus or chest. Benadryl seems to help a little, but not much, so I’ve been taking it sparingly. All I know is it’s a real pisser and has been slowing me down all week.

  3. Had it last month, when it caused ‘wheezing’ knew it had probably turned to pneumonia. Chest x-ray agreed, handful of pills and a week later all mo betta. Don’t put off visiting doc if need be.
