Sapper and I still live despite exceptional gastronomic overload yesterday. Dinner tonight was a mite on the lite side as neither of us had much of an appetite almost 24 hours later STILL.

That as some good grub man.
Some of y’all comments cracked me the fuck up too. Like literally laughed out loud. In fact I realized something… I’ve laughed out loud MORE in the past 4 days than I have in the last 4 months.

Like genuine laughter at some ‘stuff’ I haven’t enjoyed in a while. Case in point, SWMNBN didn’t like Cartoons. For the life of me, I can NOT understand how you can’t enjoy Daffy Duck, Bugs Bunny and the rest… nevermind the fact we are BOTH GenX and cartoons were the “Staff of Saturday Morning Life” for our generation. Sapper thinks it’s that she lacks the ability understand abstract concepts… like that question “If you didn’t eat breakfast this morning, how would you feel now?”

In my case I think it’s her inability to embrace or understand absurdity. Either way, Saturday Morning Bug Bunny was on MeTV and one I haven’t seen in ages popped up “Forward March Hare” where Bugs gets drafted:

Over all it’s been a very stress free weekend.

I also got a package today from a Kickstarter that I had completely forgotten about. Not sure about y’all but I’m not too big into the whole Kickstarter thing… This one though I figured that why not? It wasn’t going to break my bank so to speak and if it vanished, well OK. Sapper does a LOT of Kickstarter support, and his track record hasn’t been too bad… likje me he’ll do one, and months later, out of the blue a ‘rando-package’ shows up and then it’s a “Ohhhhh yeeeeah!!! I forgot about this!!!”

I done forgot to update y’all on the Snausage Princess! That’s inexcusable, so apologies there! For real!!!

First off, No issues. She’s doing great! Outside of an increase in her already GARGANTUAN appetite (Sapper calls her a ‘stomach with legs’) because of the meds we figure, she’s been really doing well.

Bob shockingly has been really cool and seems to know that Stella got fucked up a bit. He’s been cuddling up w/her on the regular. Granted, for a cat, he was raised essentially with Stella from the get-go, so he’s got some ‘doggo-attitudes’ so to speak. Pretty cool IMO and what’s hilarious is they’ve got almost the same coloration… like IRL they’re brother/sister/littermates. At least in their minds…

Now last night I didn’t get much sleep.

Stella was on her usual perch (see the 2nd pic below) so to speak on the sofa in the War Room AKA “The Museum of Mayhem” and started having what I think was a bad dream… whining, whimpering and crying out all the while sound asleep… doggo-dreams if you will. She had these even BEFORE ‘the incident’ so I gathered her up, and brought her into MY room as the bunk is a Cali-King with plenty of room, (I thought, more the fool sez I) and so I figured she could crash w/me.

So an interesting thing happened.
Somewhat hairy to be perfectly frank.
I had to go to the local liquor store. It’s a small place up the street and in this case, it wasn’t for booze per se but for a dish I was cooking up that needed dry sherry (a nice roast BTW). Publix has sherry, but all they have are those BIG ole jugs and that’s WAAAY too much for what I needed. I went to the smol likker store as Bobby, the guy who owns it has smaller-ish bottles of stuff like that on hand. I also know Bobby and have pulled store security during some of the BLM/Hurricane stuff in exchange for goods so to speak…

I walked in, and at the counter were three urban Yoofs.

And OMG Cental Casting called, asking where the extras for their latest gangbanger movie were? Not kidding/wish I was… Dreds, grilled up teeth, sagging pants and no doubt packing guns with giggle switches… the guy behind the counter was trying to explain to the obviously getting agitated Yoofs that their card(s) (yes, MULTIPLE cards) had all been declined.

They had what looked like almost 3 or 4 cases of top end booze on the counter… like the literal top shelf stuff that Bobby literally keeps on the top shelf… they reeked of weed, and maaan…. I realized since this was a quick stop, and it’s almost impossible to bicycle while carrying, I had left my gat at home like a fucking dumbass.

Never. Fucking. Again.

It was starting to get that ‘pre-combat’ vibe and dude behind the counter was calling -someone- trying to get ANYONE who could do SOMETHING while the now-getting pissed off Yoofs who were starting to mutter angrily and sheeee-it.

I started maneuvering find cover when another guy walked in and OMG thanks be to Crom or -insert Deity of Choice here- as he was a BIG black dude who was with Allied armed security.

He had his Glock on his duty belt, which they saw, and this instantly changed the dynamic. Gun guy then positioned himself juuuust out of their reach, nodded at da Yoofs and stood off just -watching- them… their attitude suddenly flipped and got mellow just as quickly.

The counter-guy apologized again (as the first three or four times didn’t placate these dead-eyed fucks) and said there was nothing more he could do. Instead of things going pear shaped like it had looked like it was heading, they glared at counter-guy, looked at me, then the Guy-With-A-Gun and as a group stalked out of the store.

All three of us breathed a MAD sigh of relief.
Like literally a BIG loud sigh from all three of us…

The black guy was like “Man, I had good timing apparently!” I was all like, “Brother, you showed up like the Cav, right in the nick of time!” The counter-guy was like all “Maaaan they’d been declined on three or four cards multiple times and shit was about to get ugly when you two walked in!” I looked at the black guy and said “Maaaan no offense but holy shit that was looking pretty fucking bad for a minute…talk about “Da Boys in Da Hood!”

He was like “Man, niggers like that are why we have a nigger problem, not a Black problem.” I fist bumped him and told him I dug his POV and he was pretty based for a Black guy… he appreciated it. As far as my own stupid lack of carry? Needless to say, Quoth the Raven “Nevermore!” Lesson learned on the cheap.

I need to find something that’ll let me carry while bicycling… and I need either a more concealable weapon, as my smallest frame is that Smith 669 which I’d rather not carry as in IF I ever found myself needing it, I’d probably never get it back and they’re getting harder and harder to find them in like-new condition that she who must not be named found mine in:

I do have that itty-bitty Bond Derringer in .357 but it’s only two shots, and is the ‘last ditch’ car weapon, meaning that’s for emergency road rage use IF I ever have a ‘tard come at me while driving (it’s happened in the past unfortunately).

He’s a guard for Allied but works at the new Coca Cola distribution center here in Tampa. The place is HUUUUGE and I’ve wanted and tried for years to get on with ‘Coke’ so to speak. Supposedly the company is a fantastic place to work… great bennies etc… hard as Hell to get onboard unless you have an ‘in’

It’s only a wee bit up the road, and the guy told me that the way to go about getting on with them is to apply online, and then show up and ask to speak to the HR folks upfront face-to-face and he told me that 80-90% of people get hired this way… that this’s the secret ‘cheat code’ to getting in the door with them.

So I’m applying tonight and I’m thinking about hitting them tomorrow… there’s a VP Slot open that I’m actually a great fit for, and I’ll take any offer on the table as no matter what, it’ll be two to three times my current rate at People’s Glorious Tractor Factory IF I get the gig…

I mean I did just get a fresh haircut and got the beard and eyebrows trimmed up… throw me in a suit and I clean up pretty damned well.

My only problem is my resume is like 4 pages long. It’s impossible to cover all the gigs I had in any sort of short form. Any suggestions?

So tonight’s topic is a bit off the latest subject(s).

Namely the seriously under-reported attack on the ICE Facility in Texas back on July 4th. 10 folks pretty much did an ambush attack on the personnel at the Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado Texas.

Seems that one cop took a hit to the neck. The attack? Well thankfully it appears to have been attempted by Antifa goons, and thankfully, it went poorly, as anyone that was genuinely and properly trained would have killed a LOT of law enforcement.

It seems that around 10:37PM 10-12 individuals dressed in black shot some of those BIG industrial sized fireworks at the front doors of the facility. Two unarmed Correctional Officers approached the perps in question. Within 2 minutes, Alvarado PD showed up at 10:59/11:00PM.

At 10:59PM, at least 2x shooters begin to engage police officers from about 100-150m, expending between 20-30 rounds of 5.56 ammunition from AR platforms. Reports state that one of the individual’s rifles jammed, and caused the the two shooting suspects flee to the west. One cop is shot through the neck, suffering a (at this time) non-fatal wound.

2 AR Platforms are found in the edge of the woodline that the two perps fled into. Shortly after being reinforced, police apprehend seven perps in a field west of the shooting positions.

Upwards of 12 combat vests (Level 3) have been found, along with a plethora of radios, cell phones and intel.

Now surprisingly, they’ve only been charged with attempted murder of a Fed… which to me? A bit light considering. The majority of them I’m willing to bet are first time offenders, so they’ll get some hi-paid mouthpiece who’ll try and get a “Let ’em loose Bruce” judge…

Personally? I’d say that what they’re doing is ACTUAL Insurrection Territory and charge them with the fucking maximum which the sentence can be death by firing squad.

I mean they went after the J-6er’s like THEY were “insurrectionists” and used that exact terminology. I’d wager that full-on turnabout is A) fair play and B) put a few of these retards against the wall, shoot them, and a gar-ron-damned-tee that’d be the end of the wannabees.

And I’m getting in shape… namely ‘cos I don’t have a choice. She who will not be Named took the car… and I’ve got the choice of walking everywhere OR utilizing my Bike. Sapper’s truck is still out of action three weeks later, so needs-must. So for grocery runs, I’ve been biking quite a bit. I have to do a write up on it… I have it rigged to carry ‘stuff’ in the event of a no-shit EMP or whatever disaster that IF I got to bail-bail, I have at least good old pedal-power. That and getting off my ass has been a good thing.

Show up at the Repo-Depot at Campbell. In the early 90’s the barracks were –old– WW2/Korean style wooden barracks. BIG open bays like “Full Metal Jacket” old. Got me the option via the usual ‘graft and corruption’ of paying off the right people (two cases of good beer to the person in question) so I could stay at an off-base hotel. That and being promotable, and having been around a while, I wasn’t a ‘risk’ as the NCOIC stated to me… Just as long as I made formations and appointments (I had my own POV, car to you civvies) so it wasn’t going to be an issue. Had no issue paying for the privacy and comfort. Met Sara, a PFC who was –still- at replacement due to a SA Issue (almost 2 months at that point.) Never did find out if it was legit, (probably was as it wasn’t the last time some fuckstick fucked w/her unfortunately, hawt-Army-chick problems as you can imagine…) that being said, back then? I was doing my “White Knight” thing and she and I got to be very close.

Like FWB close.

She loved spending the night(s) away from the 1940s style Barracks (who wouldn’t… what with those ancient assed fucking wood structures with shitty AC from back then, never mind the usual bullshit of CQ/Fireguard and whatnot). I used my Master SP4 Mafia Dark Jedi Skills to get her the ability to leave w/me (moar beer) as her ‘escort’ as the Repo-Depot First Shirt called me…

Personally, I think he was utterly terrified of her as it was the Repo-Depot Supply Sgt. who supposedly did the SA, and Top knew HIS balls were probably on the block if proven to be true… anyways… Many a great night in the hotel… sorry, I digress…

About a week and a half after -I- got there to the RD, I got orders to 3RD BDE, the 187th (insert obligatory RAKKASAN!!!! here… for those of you who know will get it.) Anywho.

I ended up in Delta Company (11H TOWs/.50s/MK-19s… ahh the Days of Wine and Roses… How I do miss it.) Delta at the time along with the rest of the BDE had gone to JRTC. Everyone left was on Rear-D.

Fuuuuuuuck.

Commence the suckfest.
Yep… doing ALL the shit the entire company would have normally done, except with about a platoon and a half of the lame/lazy/short timers. Motor Pool detail being prevalent. One major bonus however of being in the “rear with the gear” was no-one knew which Platoon I was going to be assigned to, and ergo, which room/room dawg I’d be assigned to. The Rear D NCOIC made the choice to ‘temporarily’ assign me a senior NCO room in the Barracks. E-6 level room… I (temporarily) had a PRIVATE SHOWER man!!!! (Sara LOVED that). I was told I’d be reassigned depending on what Platoon I was in when the rest of the Company got back. (Go Third Herd!!!)

Mind you I was still meeting up with PFC Sara on the regular. She’d finally gotten assigned to her unit (801st Main Support Batt) So, to get to the point, one fine Tuesday afternoon, I went and picked her up from “work” and she’d wrangled a 90 minute lunch break. Me being one of 3 E-4Ps on Rear D for the Company, I was pretty much free to fuck off most of the day. My immediate Supervisor was a Staff Sgt named Mitch, who’s wife was MAD Preggers and about to pop, so he got a ‘buy’ on JRTC… really nice guy…

So I go get my extremely female PFC and bring her back to my (for the times) Luxurious NCO Boudoir. We both were very into the whole physical aspect of the friendship… so at this point, I asked if we could do a ‘nooner’? She was down with it, however, I wanted to satisfy a minor kink. I wanted her to keep the majority of her uniform on…

What can I say? A chick in uniform, especially a ‘fast mover’ like her? O.M.F.G yes please.

Now, one thing about this Barracks Room. The door lock had two parts. The normal ‘lock’ it with the key’ lock (door knob) and a deadbolt. The deadbolt however, was a really weird older model, that instead of locking to the right, it locked to the left. (reversed from the normal, meaning the lever goes right to lock it, left to unlock…) So, in this case, the lock-lock on the door knob was broken (“we have a work order in for it”… typical AF for back then) and the deadbolt? Well PFC Sara, unbeknownst to me (but now knownst to you AND me) and without understanding it, unlocked the deadbolt. I found out AFTER the approaching clusterfuck that she’d -thought- she’d LOCKED it, when in fact, she unlocked it. That or she had her own unsatified voyuer-kink

Here I am, in all my glory… HAWT HAWT HAWT PFC Sara getting freeky-deeky with moi on the bunk. Life at that moment is OH SO Fucking good… I got her ‘over’ so to speak, her BDU jacket open, t-shirt up, dog tags hanging and clinking, and pants/panties around her ankles… a DotMil fantasy come true… when ‘all of a sudden’

**Sonofabitch!!!**
There’s a knock at the door… I paused mid-thrust.
Me: “Who the fuck is there!?!”

The (now unlocked door) opens, and SSGT Mitch walks in without even waiting and starts off with
“Hey BigCountryExpat, hate to interrupt your lunch but I need you to go down to……”
< tapers off, looking at me with growing horror on his face >
Me: “Oh SHIT Duuuude What the fuck!!!! Gimme a second!!!!”

SSGT Mitch: < races back out the door, positively gabbling, apologizing profusely, slams door HARD > Yells thru the Closed Door “Come down to the Motor Pool when your done!” < queue receding running footsteps down the hall >

PFC Sara: “giggles”

Me: <dawning realization > “OH FUCK!!! Get fucking dressed Right Fucking Now… get your shit together, we got to get to the Motor Pool RIGHT. FUCKING. NOW!!!“

PFC Sara: < pouty > “Why? What’s the big deal? You haven’t finished yet!” < coyly sideway look >

Me: “Trust me, Infantry gossip like NOBODIES Biddness!!! He doesn’t realize you’re chick!!!! He thinks I was bangin’ a dude in the ass!!!!“

PFC Sara: (dawning realization on face) Positively EXPLODES: < Queue Paroxysms of HILARIOUS LAUGHTER!!!! >

Me: (Dressing furiously) “Seriously… he couldn’t tell… you’re wearing your hat, your hair (she had GREAT long brown locks BTW) is under the hat, and he couldn’t see your tits ‘cos your ass was in the air while I was doggin’ you!!!! This’s critical!!! I’m the “new guy who’s gonna be called a fag” if you don’t move out!”

Granted, PFC Sara was a -bit- put out… “I’m going to be sooooo embarrassed!!! They’re going to think I’m a slut!!!” I was like “IDGAF about that, this’s deadly important in the Infantry!!!”

B/C she was cool as all get the fuck out, she went with me.

(otherwise I probably would have knocked her out and dragged her with me at that point). Sure as Christ made lil Apples, we get to the motor pool, and ALL of the Rear D are gathered around SSGT Mitch… who’s waving his hands around OBVIOUSLY spinning the tale of ‘walking in on the new guy who’s queer!!!’ They (the gathered troops) see me AND PFC Sara (who TBH at a distance, in the old lettuce suit BDU (woodland, not flattering at all) walking in. I reached out and took her hand, and walked up.

The sigh of relief from everyone was probably audible in Arkansas.

Outside of PFC Sara turning about nineteen different shades of red, it all ended well, and honestly, I got MAD cool points for getting a ‘nooner’ during lunch. Sara and I are still hardcore frens, and I always thought of her as one who might have gotten away… Of course she’d kill me if she reads this, but fuck it, it is funny!!!

So yep.
I talked w/PFC Sara last night and told her the fucked up news. Unfortunately for me, she’s w/a decent dude. Dammit.

It’s been a good day.

Concerned American from WRSA was in town for biddness, so he came to the Casa (which was cool AF) and I got to show off the ‘Museum of Mayhem’… he was of course loving it.

Sapper, myself and CA then went out to IHOP where I actually managed to choke down about 3/4 of a Ham and Cheese omelet.

ONE aspect of this sort of trauma is that in the FIRST die-vorce I lost 27 pounds. This one I figure it’s going to be MORE. I have zero appetite, and per y’all as well as everyone else’s advice, I’m not boozing.

I mean a couple or 4 of some Miller Lite but hey
