Raffle Update, Sappers B-Day and an Update On Gretchen and What She’s Been Doing

Greetings and Salutations!
Let’s see… in this episode we’ll cover a few different items. First one:

The Raffle
I appreciate any and all of you who’ve ponied up for it. The drawing is on May 23rd, mainly as I had a few of you who wanted to snail-mail me the entries, so I have to wait until all of those come in, then I can do the drawing.

The turnout has been great!
The rifle’s initial investment has been recouped and I’m almost at the price range to assist Sapper with the repair bill for his truck, if not pay it outright.

Which leads me into Number Two re: The truck.
Many questions about the repair bill:
The $800 was just for parts ONLY if you can believe it.

The labor charge was going to be about $200 to $300 max (supposedly). Them fuckers were soooo over the retail line that it was fucking retarded, hence Sapper blowing his lid off. In fact it was even MOAR insulting as it’s a place called “Christian Brothers” of which one of said-brothers (who runs this local branch) is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Engineers.

They talk a good line about taking care of ‘fellow vets’ but as we found out, talk is fucking cheap.

Unlike their insanely overprice parts.

Another reason Sapper was pissed.

That and he’s feeling his age today.
It’s his B-Day today.

He turned 56. He’s got me by about 6 months. However, as I tell him, it’s not the age, it’s the mileage.

His son and Grandson will be here at the end of this coming weekend on the 23rd +/-. We’ll celebrate then. That should be cool as the Nookular Redhead and his Grandson Atlas get along like gangbusters. Kylie was hyper-excited to hear the news when Gigi (Gretchen) told her… She’s ALLLLL fired up. Atlas is a good kid too, so it’ll be fun. I arranged it for us to have her ALL next weekend, Friday to Monday night.

This’s going to be fun I think.

Now onto ‘other things’

I just literally got off the Phone with “Lieutenant Dan” aka Mike from Cold Fury . Despite being chopped up (again!), he’s doing quite well actually. Turns out they cut him juuuuuust below the knee as opposed to his other cut-off which was above the knee. He’s waiting on an appointment for someone to come out and fit him with as he called it “my new fake foot” so he might be able to regain some mobility outside of the wheelchair. He got home on Wednesday, and things were good.

He’s in great spirits and asked that I pass on this intel to y’all. We had a good 30 minute conversation, and unlike the ones we had when he first ‘went down’ with his first issue and amputation, he’s doing, from what -I- can tell great. I’m REALLY pleased to hear this as in the past he used to get a bit melancholy about the whole thing. Right now? He sounds like “the Old Mike” I’m used to, so that’s a mad bonus.

I’m still going to call him Lieutenant Dan if not to just bust his balls. If anything I told him with all this chopping on his lower torso that the fact that he -still- has his balls is also a mad bonus!

Then… OPSEC Is Over (for now).

This being Gretchen’s Mission as of Late:

Gretchen has been MIA on a Secret Squirrel Mission to assist DumbCunt with the recovery of Adriana. DumbFuck had gone ahead (despite NOT fulling the pre-assigned requirements, more on that in a minute) and filed for FULL and COMPLETE custody of Addy.

We only found out because the Guardian Ad Litem called Gretchen to ask if DC had been served with the paperwork regarding the custody battle. At the time, we knew she hadn’t and that’s what sparked the past few weeks of stupid and hurried/panic induced issues. DF was making a move without us knowing about it. And as he (DumbFuck) has and knows about here? I mean he does have this blog on the radar, so I’ve been quiet…

They (DumbFuck and the CryptKeeper) had tried to, with the help of a completely corrupt judicial system, to ‘end run’ around the requirements to give full and permanent custody of Adriana to DumbFuck. It’s mainly due to the CryptKeeper no longer being able to chase after a 5 year old amiright? However, in order for him (DumbFuck) to get FULL CUSTODY, DumbFuck was supposed to have accomplished a slew of ‘things’ BEFORE he could attempt to file for custody. For those of you who’re new here, it’s been a looooong drawn out shitshow for almost three years over custody of my now-four/five-year old Gran named Adriana. She’s called Gran #2 here for brevity.
So to continue:
In order for DumbFuck to be able to file for full and uncontested custody of Addy, there were/are a WHOLE slew of prerequisites. Among them:
DumbFuck was supposed to have his own independently either owned or rented place… house, apartment, what have you. No joy there forhim

He was ALSO supposed to have a job for over six months with a record showing just that. From my understanding, at the age of 33 , he’s never been able to keep a job more than four months…

And lastly but not so firmly, is that IF he was in a relationship, that said-relationship was to be stable, and that the female would have a potentially good impact on Addy. This means essentially no fly-by-night whores or slores.

Now the issue is custody HAD and currently IS under the control of DumbFucks grandmother, now and previously called “The Cryptkeeper” as that’s what she looks like. She’s almost 80 years old, and the full time caretaker of a fucking energetic 4-5 year old? Yeeeeeeah. Corrupt much?

Now not for nothing, I like them both to a point.

HOWEVER

Do I think the kid should be raised by them?

Oh Hell to the fucking Nopes all around.

The Cryptkeeper raised DumbFuck and look how HE turned out!!! Like at least 6 Felony Level Domestic Battery/Assault cases, some of them against The Cryptkeeper herself!!! It’s all about the tribe however… as in the Appalachian Tribe ‘closing ranks’ to lock out us “Big City Florida People” as the first Judge called us. In open court. Mocking us. The same exact judge who’s been disbarred for corruption since our battle. This was essentially a transfer of the kid to DumbFuck as the 80+ year old CryptKeeper is in no way capable of taking care nor raising a 4-5 year old.

However, as we found out, DumbCunt was NEVER served with paperwork, and yet, according to the record, they supposedly claim that they did attempt to serve her three fucking times!!!

The problem is NO ONE TRIED TO SERVE HER!

We know. SHe’s been essentially on “Lock Down” at Mom & Dads

They had her address.
They knew where she was.
They fucking lied about the attempts to serve her.

IF we hadn’t gotten a call from the Guardian Ad Litem we would have never even known about this hearing at which point Addy would have been gone for good so to speak. Instead we got wind of it, and Gretchen raced up there with DumbCunt to throw a wrench in the works.

I’m not going to go into the minute aspects, but if anything, it’s clear as day that they still have it in for Gretchen but actually more so for myself. They apparently want me dead/jailed I think.

I reeeeeally pissed off everyone up there. I’m pretty good at doing that, i.e. pissing off people in authority… Mainly for the fact that I called them ALL out for being members so to speak of the same fucking judicial ‘Appalachian Country Club’ and were ALL actively trying to fuck us out of our legitimate claim to our Gran. In fact. the last court order we had was for us to turn over our ENTIRE financials to the court for them to ‘examine them’ in regards to the fundraiser I did and that oh so many of y’all donated to. Like as in ALL the monies.

When this happened I consulted MANY lawyers about this.

That’s when we called it a day so to speak…
We packed up and moved home rather than deal with that is as follows…

The MAIN reason I didn’t do this was on the advice of my FLORIDA lawyer(s) (I have several). One of which specically told me that under the circumstances that we were dealing with, what with the corrupt lawyers/judges/everyone that IF I handed over the financials, no matter what I did or what was in the paperwork, they’d find -something- that they could use to refer and/or immediately bind me over for a ‘criminal complaint’

Meaning that although we were in CIVIL/Family Court, the judge can/could have and probably WOULD HAVE referred me over for a criminal complaint, which to me? I noped the fuck out of…

At which point IF (or I should say WHEN) the judge had ordered it, the deputies there could/probably would have taken me into custody, and because it was a multi-state fundraiser via the interwhebz, I could/would have been facing probable FEDERAL wire fraud charges!!!

Federal Wire Fraud charges hold a MAX of 20 years and a quarter Mil in fine potentially.

As I said I ‘noped the fuck out’ and said “Fuck That Noise”

I would have literally been ‘flushed down the booby hatch’ at that point… I would have literally had NO recourse IF I had allowed them to get the financials and then get that far… Shades of the former Soviet Union Anyone?

Meaning that no matter what I did, they’d (more that likely) be able to ‘pin me to the wall’ for -something-/-anything- that THEY deemed as fraudulent. A Federal Wire Fraud Indictment? That had as I stated before, a potential of a 20 year max sentence and a quarter Mil in a potential fine.

It was literally a no-brainer.
The fact that while I was in Tennessee, living there, and that’s when I bought my 1911 when it was on sale. It doesn’t or I should say wouldn’t have mattered to the court. They could have, and now I’m pretty sure that they would have made it out that I had utilized fundraiser bux to buy a $299.99 handgun, so ergo, the fundraiser would have been fraudulent.

As it’s the court who gets to decide what purchases were ‘legit’ versus ‘illegitimate’,I mean how the fuck do you fight that???

Well…. Some people say that the process IS the punishment. As we saw during the ENTIRE proceeding there that they really had it in for me… and according to Gretchen they still have a hard-on for us and the fucking Public Defender, (ostensibly on “our side”) tried to pressure her (Gretchen) into giving up the financials AGAIN while she was there… and for me to ‘turn myself in with the records’…

3 Years Later.

I had to verbally ‘shake’ Gretchen as she was so freaked out.

Because the PD (Public Defender) was asking for all that financial shit that which LITERALLY had no effect or even have any bearing on the case at hand, as this case was DumbCunt arguing against DumbFuck getting full and sole custody of Adriana. It struck me as exceptionally odd and out-of-place…

As DeadDad would have said,

That’s when I realized that even the PD might be part of the ‘cabal’ or whatever the folks call themselves possibly. Maybe a group? No idea what to call it. Like George Carlin said, “…it’s a big club, and we ain’t in it.” Paranoia IS a benefit sometimes….

Then the other highly fucked up thing was was that Gretchen was barred from being able to be in the court room. Which I know was completely fucked up. I know this as when WE had our hearings, we were allowed to bring witnesses and experts and what have you. In this case?

Yep. I think it was an attempt to cut DumbCunt off from Gretchen who tends to be very fast on her feet thinking wise. They expected DC to fold like a lawnchair, but thank GOD she held her own.

DumbFuck got his motion denied and Summer Visitation will be re-visited in about 2 months, which means Addy gets to come here for a month or two to visit with DC.
