Greetings and Salutations!
I know, mad shocker.
Two updates within a 24 hour period.
I do seriously apologize for this, but as of late, when my stress levels peak out, I’m utterly incapable of writing. Most fellow bloggers can relate I’m sure. I mean it’s not an excuse, more of a “pardon moi, I’m currently overwhelmed by my life” sort of thing.
Either way, the short but sweet update, and y’alls comments were greatly appreciated again by myself and Gretchen. She’s been a trooper through all of this, and adding on the self-inflicted stoopid of DumbC, she’s managing very well TBH.
Me?
I’ve made my ‘red lines’ clearer and harder than VodkaManBads.
Cross those lines at your fucking peril.
THAT is what a .45ACP is for.
Why, you may ask, a .45ACP?
Well, because they don’t make a .46 or .47.
So anywho…
Back to the CEO of UnitedHealth.
Word is now leaking out (like the blood from his CEO corpse, slowly, but surely) that there were ‘messages’ engraved on the shell casings that the shooter left behind… What they are, at this time, are unknown to this Intrepid Reporter. HOWEVER, the very fact that the shooter felt the need to insure that “the message was sent” tells me that there was a message…
Now the reason I bring this up?
Whelp, as “Fire Marshal Bill” would say:
Seems shortly after I poasted the update to Gretchen’s (and mine) current ‘medical adventures’ she/we got a letter from UnitedHealthCare in tonight’s mail…
Hold on, as this’s gonna be a doozy…
Per United:
“We received a request to cover health care services recently…. After the review of the information submitted…
…it was determined that this service was not medically necessary.”… blah-fucking-blah…
The “…” spaces cover the ‘other legalese’ language…
Despite a Medical Code of: “K62.5 Hemorrhage of anus and rectum” (with Doctors notes stating this was severe AF) they fucking are denying her three day stay in the hospital and ALL the costs associated to and with it. Which means We’re (for now) on the hook for about 20k in medical bills.
You know what I have to say to this?
Ho.
Ho.
Ho.
Yep.
I can -get- a machinegun if needed.
Friends in Low/DotGov places doncha know…
That and a flammenwerfer….
Jes’ Sayin’
And you can be sure AF when I call the appeal line tomorrow that I’m going to be very pointedly asking them if they want to be added to the “…should be shot on sight” list that the rest of ‘Murica seems to be drawing up.
See…
TBH, I’ve been feeling something that has me worried, but also rather? jubilant? I dunno but it seems in my opinion, that there’s a vast amount of based Americans that are coming out of their collective shells… The folks with the guns…
Meaning that the “Original Spirit of 1776” is still alive, and possibly thriving in the background… The Spirit that drove us to shoot the motherfuckers who ‘taxed our tea’ too much… the Spirit that drove us to kill anyone who stood before us, to include the Native Americans who were stupid enough to resist the inevitable…
Am I saying it’s right?
Fuck no.
HOWEVER
I am saying that I’m seeing a baseline rebirth…
All it’s going to take for me to cement these beliefs that shit has had a major change is a few moar assholes being killed out of hand for being ‘members of the Corporate-Globo-Homo-Judeo-Oligarchic Control Group’. A couple moar CEO brains “splattered and scattered”, and a few moar family homes burned to the ground… some tar-and-featherings plus general shunning… Hell, let’s cut NYFC off.
No moar food.
If you’re a farmer, stop selling the product.
If you know someone who is selling their product, reason with them at first, and then go to slightly moar drastic measures as needed. I gar-ron-damned-tee that NYFC would go full on nigra-cannibal within a week or two…
We might even get to watch Whoopi Goldberg eat that Jewess Joy Behar live onscreen…
But Like I said? After getting that notice?
Yeah, I’ll profusely apologize to the first line “Customer Service Rep” as I’ve both been one, and managed them. My own experience was working a healthcare Call Center as a Manager for the VA… you want to talk about abusive???? Yeah, me and mine: BT-DT.
My personal IRE is going to be saved for whatever level of fucktardery that I can get to… and I’m pretty good as far as ‘climbing the ladder’ on the phone with these folks… between being sympathetic and empathetic to the ‘front line’ folks who usually take the most shit from the callers, I let them know that I -know- it’s NOT their fault, and that IF they pass me on, and stay connected, they can hear me burn an asshole (usually their boss) a new asshole…
They tend to ‘pass me on’ when I tell them that.
EVERYONE likes to hear the boss take a verbal asswhuppin’
Even my people when we (on that rare occasion were responsible for a fuckup) positively loved to hear me get my anus et the fuck oot by someone for aforementioned fuck up….
Yeah
I know it’s in bad taste, but being told that some desk jockey accountant, at a company that had a $138 BILLION dollar profit last year has determined that my wife’s anal bleeding wasn’t enough to warrant a three day stay in the hospital?
Get me fucking names
Fuckers will learn what “personal responsibility to the people and or customers” means in short motherfucking order, I guaran-damned-tee it…
Yeah… I didn’t go into extreme detail but for the sake of this, the way it went down was this:
Gretchen called me into the bathroom after she pooped.
Now, she has gastro-issues.
THIS is a ‘regular thing’ so to speak.
She ONLY calls me if thing are really fucked up.
She interrupted my Fallout London Game by calling my on my cell phone. The house is large enough that while we don’t warrant an intercom, I’m so fucking deaf that if she yells, I can’t hear her. She called me on the cellie, and said “I have a problem….”
So I went back to see what was up with whut.
OK….
There’s bleeding.
Then there’s bleeding
Then there’s “Oh Holy Fuck” levels
In this particular instance?
I know, TMI, but this wasn’t a blown ‘rhoid, nor some light bleeding… this was a coating of arterial blood… ALLLLLL over the bowl… like the last time I saw this much bleeding, I put a tourniquet on dude’s leg in Iraq… No fucking joke. THIS was a “OH FUCK” moment where my initial reaction was, quite honestly, to stuff a QuikClot suppository up there… not that there’s such a thing, but I was doing the ‘out of the box’ thought mode, as there was that much fucking blood.
I even went as far as to make sure that this was a ‘thick coat’ via a Q-Tip…. I wanted to make sure we weren’t just dealing with a minor hemorrhoidal blowout… and when I ran the Q-Tip over the bowl (and mind you, it was COATING the bowl, a THICK blood coating, alllll the way up to the rim… she had had a full on O-Ring Integrity Blowout from what I could see….).
Fuck.
When I saw how thick the blood was, and how severe it was, adding on that she started almost immediately feeling light-headed (blood loss IMO) I threw her big Amazonian Ass in the car and rolled hot and heavy to the ER.
Now granted, in the end (pardon the pun) it apparently was tied into a previously (two days before) diagnosed UTI, as well as her general gut problems (PCOS, as well as a slew of ‘other’ stomach issues’) that it allllll culminated in her having an O-Ring Blowout in a literal bloody fashion. Seems her lower colon didn’t like the meds that the doc-in-the-box put her on for the UTI, and it showed via the blow-out.
BUT
For United to make a baseline call that this wasn’t necessary?
Oh Yeah…
I’m positively looking forward to my call with the appeals folks. They know not with whom they’ll be dealing with…
I have no problem asking/informing them that
“You know what? How would YOU like to be the next contestant on the “Healthcare Fuckers We Need Kil’t?” It can easily be arranged. YOU are not high enough on the corporate ‘food chain’ to warrant any sort of ‘protection’…. you AND your co-workers are easy fucking meat. You, as well as your families. Your CEO was ‘the easy meat’… and he’s waaay better protected in theory and higher on the food chain than you… Jes’ Sayin’ ”
No threats per se…
Just a reminder, as Caesar was told during his triumph:
“Remember thou art mortal.”
Rather prescient innit?
So, I look forward to seeing if they catch this guy.
Personally, I hope he gets away clean.
Considering it’s NFYC, my own persona bet (80-20) is they grab some random mook and lay the blame on him… not the real shooter mind you, but some ree-ree tardy kid they’ve had under observation for a while that’s an easy frame, who’ll make a good patsy so’s to make the NYFPD look good, and make the rest of the potentially targeted fucktards chill out… that’s how –I’d– be playing it if -I- were ‘large and in charge’
Have to see if THAT prediction comes true…
If it does, you heard it here first.
Lots of info drooling out (which is appropriate as the mass enemedia are nothing but if retarded) that the guy made a bunch of mistakes, but as of now? I say “Best of Luck Bro… you done did good!”
More Later
Big Country
Per the NYPost:
The at-large suspect who gunned down UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside a Midtown hotel may have left a message on the bullets he used to kill the executive Wednesday morning, according to police sources.
The NYPD is investigating the possible message — which appears to include the words “deny,” “depose” and “defend” — engraved on live rounds and shell casings left behind by the masked assassin after he shot Thompson, 50, several times at about 6:46 a.m. before fleeing, the sources said.
Cops had recovered three live 9-millimeter rounds and three discharged casings in front of the Hilton hotel on Sixth Avenue, where Thompson, of Minnesota, was set to host an investors’ conference that morning, police officials said.
The masked gunman used a silencer and appeared to be an experienced shooter based on surveillance footage obtained by The Post.
He was witnessed lying in wait outside the luxury hotel for his target — the CEO with a yearly salary of nearly $9.9 million — before he calmly fired off multiple shots at close range, causing Thompson to stumble and collapse.
The gun had jammed but the calculated and methodical killer was able to clear it — showing he was a skilled gunman — and continue firing as his victim helplessly tried to crawl away, according to sources and the footage.
He then ran into an alleyway and hopped on an e-bike which he rode north along Sixth Avenue into Central Park, where surveillance camera coverage is spotty, police said.
But the suspect may have made some major mistakes that could help investigators easily identify him.
He bought coffee, a water bottle and two PowerBars at a nearby Starbucks before the killing and tossed his bottle and coffee cup in a trash can — which cops dug out of the garbage and now have as evidence, according to sources.
And investigators also discovered a phone in an alleyway near the Hilton which they believe belongs to the killer, the sources said. Investigators have obtained a search warrant to comb through the contents of the phone.
Thompson led the country’s largest private health insurer, which has a history of controversially rejecting customer’s claims and is facing a Department of Justice antitrust investigation.
*******So there you have it. An asshole making $10 million a year and evidently prided himself on rejecting every claim ever made on “insurance” with his company. I hope the shooter gets by with it. For what it is worth BCE: don’t carry a cell phone, do not stop at Starbucks, and leave no words behind. Do the deed and disappear. And not on a GD city electric bike!!
There’s another theory, which is that he was killed to protect Pelosi from an insider trading charge, with the investigation ongoing….Either way, the garbage got taken out…

Dude, arterial bleed of the guts IS a FUCKING EMERGENCY of the first kind. Gretch is lucky to be alive and that you could move her as she might not have survived waiting for the EMS toads to show up and stand around taking notes for 15 minutes.
No, not nocking the EMS toads, they’ve saved my wife 3 times now, but, geez, blood and guts everywhere and you’re taking fucking notes? Toss her on a stretcher and we’ll finish the paperwork at the ER for fuck’s sake.
As to United Healthcare, well, yeah, they’re an insurance company and pretty much they all suck donkey balls since Obamauncare was implemented. Everything’s become the VA now, no matter what the name of the company.
Youssa needs to get a good lawyer who’s well versed in suing insurance companies. Because that’s what’s next.
Especially if Gretch had to get any transfusions.
GET COPIES PRONTO OF ALL PAPERWORK!!!! KEEP A FOLDER, KEEP THREE, one for you, one for Shyster the Clown, one for backup at an alternate site (no, not kidding, trust me, involving lawyers and shit gets dirty real quick)
Good luck, God bless, and don’t pop your gourd before everything’s fixed, and not after either.
There are a lot of much better insurance companies out there…Why would anyone go with these clowns? Price?

I’ve been told that based on HIPPA, you have a right to know who reviewed your claim and medical records and what they qualifications are. Usually asking for this information will speed along the approval process.
Don’t know if it’s true, but I just read an article that said they are using an AI to deny claims. Already a major lawsuit in the works.
I saw a graph of denial rates among insurance companies. United Health was on top. So, as far as Im concerned, the deceased piece of shit got off lucky. If I was in the perps jury, I’d acquit. I can live in a world where insurance C suite fucks are routinely aspirated for being greedy bastards.

Very happy to hear Gretchen is doing well. That had to have been a serious scare for sure.
As far as insurance companies go, it’s not just united health care. My employer provided insurance, blue cross, went up $303 dollars a month in July. I now pay nearly $1000 a month for health insurance. The household deductible went up from $8,000 a year to $12,000. I attribute it’s all to the recent increase in visitors from the south.
Keep in mind they arbitrarily deny coverage for basic medical needs and prescriptions. I had an endocrinologist try to prescribe me 3 different medications for insulin resistance 4 years ago. All denied. Their reason? Too expensive. “We won’t pay for a medicine to keep you from getting type 2 diabetes, we will however pay for insulin when you finally get it “ . Madness.
As part of that increase it came with a strange caveat. If your spouse is offered insurance at his/ her place of employment then you could forgo the increase if your entire family was placed on that plan. Furthermore our insurance would act as a secondary insurance and cover all costs not covered by said alternative insurance. They also pay the difference in premiums if it was more expensive than our insurance.
I naturally had questions ie where is this magic money coming from? The answer I was given was they believe the savings in not covering the lions share of the medical expenses would save them money in the long run.
Stay frosty.
Look into the DASH diet from Mayo Clinic. Has made a world of difference to me. Nothing exotic or weird-mostly veggies, no salt/sugar, low caffeine. You can buy cookbooks on the Zon to get started.
Our uninvited ‘guests’ from the South, and everywhere else in the World, get the full monte for Social Security and Medicare. As if they had paid in MAX their entire life. Sanctuary Cities, like Denver, are draining their hospitals of money. They have to provide care but are not getting $$ from the Feds or the State for our ‘guests’. I got a “C” in Econ 101 while in college but I know how this is going to end.
Especially with their lib mayor who will not cooperate in removing the ‘guests’. Did I mention the ‘guests’ wait in the same line as you – a citizen and insurance holder- for their medical care? We have to be fair 🙂 But what do I know as a bitter Klinger Deporable piece of garbage?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hUWhhjBdRg
Well, based on that info, I hope the shooter is out of state right now, hiding away, growing a beard and ‘stache, and has taken the lifts out of his shoes (go from taller to shorter); or has taken other means to disguise his appearance.
(or if he works for one of the Three Letter agencies, maybe he just don’t care)
United denied my 14yo’s care last month, “not medically necessary”.
My wife went into Alpha Karen mode, got it overturned on appeal, to the amazement and admiration of everyone at the hospital admissions.
My state (La) is looking into United’s sky-high denial rate.
May they burn in hell.
One of them already is.
I’m in healthcare…. as a provider (25+ years). Initial denials are the norm. Resubmit. The process IS the punishment. If only 10% don’t resubmit, how many millions of dollars is that to the insurance company??
Do NOT pay anything to the hospital until at least 90 days. Then, go to the finance department and work out a payment plan. The VAST majority of hospitals won’t come after you as long as you’re paying SOMETHING (even $20 a week).
As I tell new providers – the insurance is going to deny everything we request, our job is to rephrase and find ways to get paid. BTW – this is nothing new; has been going on since at least the mid-90s.
Beat me to it.
This is SOP for most insurance of any sort.
It’s a game I play every few months between UHC and my FSA manager. I don’t even make a call or email until I get 2-3 bills. I switched nearly all my doctors to one of the big hospital systems here because their billing is rock solid. They generally figure out how to get paid without involving me.
Far as the CEO goes, he probably pissed someone off.
I have a friend that’s an executive at an insurance company. I was looking for some insurance for a charity group I’m in. He was a trip. Said his company is the last he’d choose. It’s his job not to pay out.
It’s a racket. I’d like to see HC go cash and carry. There’s no reason whatsoever they can’t give you a cost.
In all fairness, this denial you talk about may have been a coding error.
You said that the initial cause of the blowout was a UTI.
If coded as one, then it’s not surprising that they looked at the charges, and said “WTF!”
You need to call the customer service line- it’s on the back of your wife’s health insurance card. Explain that you have a billing question, and it may involve a coding error by the hospital. Be nice. I mean it. The people who answer these lines take a lot of abuse. If you are calm, and approach the call as though you just know that they will be able to assist you, and you hate to bother them, it will go a long way towards them WANTING to help you out.
It may take a few transfers – have something to read that you find calming – but you should get an answer to the question.
If they say the hospital has to call them with the updated information, thank the person – by name – don’t forget to get names and times for all calls – and restate what they said the hospital has to do. Finish with “Have I understand my next steps correctly?”
If they can’t help you, ask, is there someone I can speak to that might be able to make a decision to change this determination? I understand that you are not given the power to do it yourself.”
Always, soft spoken, polite, not snippy.
Before hanging up, thank the person for being so helpful – if they actually weren’t all that much help, assume that they are not permitted to be, and be nice about it.
If there is a survey to be taken after, TAKE IT. Your answers will get back to the person, and if you were complimentary, it will result in better feelings in those workers. They take a LOT of abuse from the public for things they cannot change.
If the hospital has to take the next step, don’t waste time trying to reach Billing. Talk/leave a message for the ombudsman. Explain the severity of the hemorrhage- don’t call it bleeding, it minimizes it – and point out that the provider has been contacted, and is amenable to paying, if the change in billing justifies it. By saying it, you signal that this may move from a Bad Debtto a Paid Bill. That will light afire under his ass.
Deny delay and deny, basically the theme of that Mat Damon movie/John Frisson book The Rainmaker
The Rainmaker movie is pretty good on this subject matter. Insurance is one just another huge scam perpetrated upon us, been going on forever.
But the bottom line problem is that massive Federal regulation and lack of enforcement of the antitrust laws caused a 10x increase in the cost of healthcare…Italians pay 1/5 of what Americans pay and live several years longer…..
Part of the reason so many European countries have ‘higher’ life expectancies than the US is they don’t count deaths until at least 1yo. Eh, a baby dies, who cares?
Then there’s the whole having to walk friggin everywhere. All that forced exercise. And most of Italy is rather up/down as the flat places are farmland.
And then the overall lack of money for food. Their lower-upper class is at the same level as our middle to lower-middle class.
Don’t even bitch about our food that can’t be sold in Europe. The real reason a lot of our foods can’t be sold overseas is because the EU has a monopoly on what’s sold there. And they use their monopoly to punish the US food providers, even the ones that meet EU’s ridiculous import requirements for food from the US. The EU food safety standards for imported food from Not-the-US are rather low, really rather low, shockingly low. And deaths from food poisonings and bacterial outbreaks aren’t reported like they are here. Lysteria outbreaks, well, that’s normal over there.
United Healthcare stock price is $610/share. Up from $280/Share just 5 years ago. When “Covid” started. You will see similar trends when the ACA was forced on us.
Good racket they have going.
The major investors in UNH include all the usual institutional suspects. Which also means all the major pension funds and mutual funds. Which means a lot of 401k watchers and retired laborers and public employees. At least one pension is litigating UNH for shady stock manipulation.
Analysts rate the stock a “strong buy”. No shit.
$1-$8M a year CEO pay for a $562B market cap is far from egregious for public companies. JPMorgan is $689B market cap with Dimon pulling $35M a year.
Meanwhile Tesla’s market cap is $1.1 Trillion. And Elon is now going to war against “government waste”.
It is all so clownish and ridiculous. Everybody likes their own money to go up and up, but everybody hates “the man”. Everybody loves muh home equity doubling every 4 years but wonders why their son wont just leave the basement and make grandkids already.
The thing with clown world is that it offers a whole lot of material gains that are based on taking from someone else. The whole thing is cannibalistic. Everybody knows it but everyone is stuck in the system. It is all ultimately dehumanising because it is ultimately anti-humanity. The only thing that surprises me is that these sorts of things don’t happen more often.
Perhaps they will. Private personal security corps: strong buy. Unfortunately, the random justice of lone woof’s is ultimately as empty as the system. It is just one of the multitude of metrics that indicate the rapidly diverging haves and have-nots of the wealth disparity rocketship currently underway.
If only we had our own billionaire to help us believe in the system. Build us our own rocket to mars lol.
American Stasi hit. Shooter had overwatch, the kill happened in a box. NYPD will soon arrest a methhead patsy, and conviction will be a slam dunk. But it won’t be the shooter.

I had the primo state coverage or probably wouldn’t be setting here.
A stroke in spring 2018, escaped with mild cognitive impairment. (H/T-G)
It is the find out stage time as people have had enough.
All kinds of grift in healthcare, if you have coverage come in everyday for $350 eyeglasses, chit chat with the nurses and blood draw, no coverage, GTFO.
Lower levels get grabby with supplies and mystery ghost billing and there are straight sadists out to harm people.
These apparats and honchos should know how hated they are.
Damn!
First off, lets get Miss Gretchen healed!
As you say,go way up the calling tree to get to upper echelon folks before go full blown(well deserved!)ballistic.
Best of luck to you and all dealing with this bullshit!
I would say there may be a need for a few more “examples”!
I have been saying for awhile that vigilantism is coming because the police, DAs and courts are corrupt and you will get no justice with the system.
Our system is totally corrupt and the normal people are finally waking up to this fact.
Trump is a lot like Gorbachev who was the last Premier of the USSR before it collapsed.
He (like Trump will) put bandaids on the dying patient but it is far too late and collapse is coming.
9 plus million dollars a year?! That dude was overpaid, in the extreme. The bad news (for him, anyway)? I ain’t never seen a hearse with a luggage rack….
From my posting on FI:
Clever.
Multiple layers of clothes, shed one item of clothes at a time into trashcans and dumpsters as you travel through alleyways and between buildings out of sight of cameras.
The backpack might be a problem, unless that too is a McGuffin (meaningless distraction).
And the e-bike….do you have to “show” some form of ID to get one?
I’d say this white guy figured our most of what he had to do to commit the “perfect” murder.
But was it “perfect” enough?
Only time will tell.
Addendum: Some people were bitching about “why the e-bike”?
You want to get away in a fair hurry, without bringing too much attention to yourself.
Walking is too slow. Running brings that unwanted attention to yourself.
A car is too easily tracked, limited in where it can go (pretty much streets only), and difficult to dispose of without unwanted attention and notice.
Sooo….the e-bike seems about right. An easy get away, fairly swift, can go many places a car can’t, easily disposed of/hidden, unnoticed (really, who pays attention to a guy on an e-bike these days?)
They said he made a mistake by buying waters at Starbucks before the shooting and later tossing the bottles into the trash can. Days/weeks before the shooting you obtain empty water bottles from Starbucks trash. Secure these in your backpack. The day of the shooting you buy brand new water bottles from Starbucks. You drink them then you toss the water bottles you obtained days/weeks ago into the trash. Now the police have DNA evidence that is not yours. They are looking for someone else not you.
The E bike is an excellent way to leave the scene quickly without people noticing. I have a better way. Have you ever seen the one wheel electric scooters. You ride it standing up. You can just buy one, no need to rent one. You ride away on that. It can go anywhere. Drive down any alley. Drive around the gate at any parking garage. Drive it right onto the park jogging path. At night hardly anybody would see you.
Wife was talking to a friend in the health care field. Said that the hospital she worked at provided UHC for their employees. But wouldn’t take UHC as insurers for home health care because UHC was so bad at paying the bills.
Can’t make this up.
I don’t know a lot about insurance, but…
United Health Amazingness said she didn’t meet criteria for admission.
Awesome.
Get the ICD code for the admitting diagnosis.
Did her hemoglobin drop?
“Lower GI bleeding with symptomatic (dizzy) anemia” can never fail.
This is a really good time for United Amazingness to reduce their denials.
My condolences and sympathy to you and The Gretch for the medical emergency. I hope she’s mo’bettah now, and has her situation well in hand between her and the doctor.
And I hope you get someone at UHC to reverse that “denial” toot sweet.
If not, I have no doubt that with your “highly specialized set of skills” that you can fully doxx the decision maker at the other end, complete with name, pic, address, car make, model & license plate, phone number. Say that you’ll be SORELY tempted to set up a web site, “DisgruntledHealthCare dot com, with open and public access, and their info will be front & center. Anything that happens to them after that will not be your fault.
Then YOU need to get some rest. You’re no good to The Gretch if you’re in poor health yourself.
Tell us about DC and the in-laws later. We’ll wait.
I feel it too man. After at least 3 decades the worm is starting to turn. It’s like the fags have run out of their bullshit potion. It’s not going to take a lot of heads to send them scurrying imo. Their entire reign of power has been built on a false construct.
God Bless you and Mrs BCE!!
3 spent shells, no markings.
3 unspent shells with words engraved.
Totally, an amateur hit.
Know what that cat who shot the insurance guy needs to hear from We The People?
Good Shooting Friend!
Do you think for a second the rest of the cock sucker scum bags ripping us off aren’t aware that they could be next!
The “ System has been given the chance to unfuck their corrupt ways! And they chuckle, they laugh.
Frankly I don’t find this shooting offensive, in fact this needs to happen time and time again.
Life IS the Lesson, these douche Bags didn’t get the memo so they get the suppressed 9mm, no tears in my mind it’s just unfinished business. Needs to happen mucho more!
DIRK WILLIAMS
You’ve never been shooting at a gun range where LEOs practice – and leave all their brass on the ground? I’ve even known other LEOs to pick up some brass (not their own LEO brass), just in case they need a “throw-down” at some point. Maybe the perp isn’t as amateur as you?
Shooter had the drop on target, could have canoed him and vanished but instead wasted time cycling his gatt…def not an Mossad trainee!
Well wishes to your better half!
Well here’s the latest of this guy in NYC who zotzed the UHC CEO.
Looks like he didn’t think this stuff all the way through–as the total surveillance state has big brother eyes everywhere.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hUWhhjBdRg
The shell casings had a message word on each… “Deny” “Depose” “Defend”
Fuck’em! Don’t pay the bitches. Some justice has been served. I bet this guy didn’t wake up and decide to shoot some random guy. Also they say he’s an experienced shooter, so I’d take this evidence left behind with a grain of salt. False trail me thinks. Hopefully he lifted the cup and phone from some commie trans democrat fag with genital warts on his lips. A 9 with a suppressor? NOT common in NYC, so this guy traveled. Good on him. More to come.
Glad to hear your wife is doing better. Concur with everyone else that I hope CEO shooter gets away clean. Hard to tell from media coverage what is true, what is false, what is exaggeration, what is bait. Don’t want nationalized healthcare (saw what that produced in both western and eastern Europe), but the salaries and profits in the US healthcare ‘industry’ are obscene.
We couldn’t afford the healthcare my husband’s employer provided when our kids were little – they paid a share of hubby’s premium but nothing for spouse and kids. Got separate, cheap coverage until one company stopped doing business in Texas. Tried the ‘free’ state immunization/care for a bit – waiting for hours among all the illegals with their fancy phones/boots/trucks.
Employer finally upped the coverage by the time kids were mostly grown and our need wasn’t urgent. With Obamacare the premiums still rose catastrophically. So we downgraded to the employer subsidized HSA, and essentially have just emergency coverage.
From past experience can confirm – pay hospital nothing for a few months and then skillfully negotiate – they will often take as little as 25% of total as paid-in-full if you can do it with cash on the barrel. Best of luck.
Given the descriptions, I really have to wonder if this wasn’t a coding error at the hospital or by the doc’s office. That’d lead to denial of benefits. IF that’s the case, it’s not UHC. And, honestly, coding errors DO happen, and for perfectly innocent reasons (mis heard dictation etc). I get the panic; I’m just suggesting that there’s a way to approach this that might be better than immediately assuming the insuror is wrong.
“He used a ‘silencer’.” Well, no such thing, of course. But goes without saying that any chance to have SUPPRESSORS removed from the naughty list is likely delayed again.
There certainly are horror stories in dealing with health insurance companies. But there are other stories, too. I have United Health Care as my Medicare Advantage plan. Until now it cost me nothing per month. (Going to $35 mo. next year) It also paid for my gym membership, but will sadly loose next year because my gym is considered as a “premium” gym (YMCA) and United will no longer pay. But I had a double by-pass last August. Hospital cost was $241,700 and change. My cost… $1800. I can handle that. I also take a very expensive Tier One drug. My cost has been zero so far. Could change, I know. Better service than I got from the VA, which was NOTHING because they won’t allow me into the system because they say I make too much money. (Yeah, right. I’m a retired fireman with a small pension and SS!)
Maxim’s original patent was for a silencer.
Either term is approprate.
I had United Healthcare about 10 years ago when I blew out my knee. Not Authorized for a knee replacement even though I had two doctors recommend it. They did authorize therapy and turned it off after 3 months where I paid for 3 additional months. They didn’t pay a dime towards any medical cost. They did “negotiate” a cheaper fee but I ended up paying 8 grand that year in medical and I had a $5k deductible. I blew out the knee again last week. The doctor is going to hobble me along till January for the knee replacement. In the mean time a cortisone shot and therapy till the end of the year.
Re the meme:
“normal LGBTs”? There ain’t no such animal. There are some fruits & some dykes who act kinda normal, but those ones aren’t the screaming LGBTQEIEIO types.
Rest well millions of illegals have full-ride scholarship medicaid that they go to ERs with colds and for pregnancy tests and its all free. also all the ‘bottom surgeries’ on children and adults paid for via medicaid. follow up care forever no problem. i quit health insurance when my $1400 per month policy was cancelled. Me and one kid. never used it in 7 years only had it to avoid paying a $5k+ “shared responsibility” tax for not having health insurance. total clown world.
Ahhhh give it fifty days, gotta believe these issues shall rectify themselves
Dirk
Some of you guys are missing the boat. This guy might have a 10 million cash salary BUT look at his benefits/deferred salary. I remember clearly about ten years ago the previous CEO made 950 million/year total. You gotta look for the whole story in the company financials. Stock grants and deferred compensation is where the real money is made. I would bet this guys income was north of 1 billion.
