Ok… ended up with the Redhead here overnight at the last minute. Not a big deal… just literally unexpected. Not a big deal. She goes back to school in a week? Maybe two? No idea as the school schedule here in Florida has me all jacked up from my memories from grade skool in New Hampster.
We usually didn’t go back until the first, maybe the second week of September. Usually a week after Labor Day. That being said however, up in the “Great White North of Frigid Climes” we got released faaaaar later than they do here. Like around early June. Mainly a ‘heat related thing’ I figure. Meaning my guess is the School systems down here don’t want to pay the extortionist power bills to keep the AC on in the extreme summer months… and I can’t say I blame them.

Down here they don’t have to deal with ‘Make-Up Days’ which is like when the Blizzard of 76 came through, and we were out of school for a month plus… THAT year I remember for oh-so-many-reasons, to include the fact that we didn’t get out of school until right before the 4th of July… and then we had the shortest summer break ever.
Fuckers.
Not like we were actually learning anything amiright?
I mean no idea on Hurricane Day-Losses but snow days went against us overall… there was a mandatory-minimum amount of school days that we positively had to attend… which lead to shit like 2.5 months of a Shortened Summer… >Le Sigh<

The Ukrainian army was no doubt our elites’ badass army. Was IMHO the toughest land force NATO had at its disposal. The goal, kill as many Ukies and Russians as possible and destabilize the hell out of them. Then pillage. Would have kept the Globohomo system rolling for the foreseeable future had it been successful.
My SHTF Index had tapered off over the last year or so. Well now my spidey senses are tingling like a 5 alarm fire again. I am still blown away by the little stunt our greatest ally just pulled. I try and think in nuanced fashion a bit more these days but there’s no way to black and white what Israel just executed in Tehran.
Escalating the conflict is NOT Regional. It’s going to be felt world wide if it happens. That is the ONLY thing that makes any damn sense. If Iran decides to go out guns a blazing they’re going to fuck shit up badly for all of us. Not to blame them, I would do the same. Shutdown those oil shipping lanes in the Strait of Hormuz which I have heard should be a pretty easy thing to do. I am NOT aware of how easy or difficult it might be to re-route that oil and gas.
But if the world subtracts 30% or more from the Global supply you don’t have to be a genius to figure out what that looks like. I have been resistant at thinking the elites would want to instigate such a massive tragedy. I have always thought of it the terms “They NEED Us” and in more ways than one I might add. Their life of luxury would cease to exist one they stepped outside their high tech panic rooms.
This has been bothering me all week. It doesn’t make sense to me unless they feel like they can reroute that oil traffic with minimal disruption. I know a lot of people go off on the tangent “they want us all dead” and I normally would contest that. Not until they have robots that can do everything humans can do they don’t. And they don’t because you would have seen them make their presence in Ukraine. Looks to me Globohomo does NOT have any game changers on standby (aside nukes) because we would have seen them used in their desperation.
So they have either gone full Kamikaze mode or they have calculated that a massive financial shitshow may somehow turn the tide in their favor. That is a VERY risky move because last time I checked their adversaries namely Russia, China, and Iran are probably stronger than they were just a couple of years ago. We are having a rough time trying to tame them now. That should be much more difficult when we are at 25% unemployment and morale is completely in the shitter. Maybe they think that a worldwide economic malaise will hit the Axis powers harder? I suspect just the opposite would happen. Western nations can not handle it.
Sorry I don’t have the answers. I’m sure time will reveal it tho. Go back to what Israel just did. That is the first time I have seen “them” completely tip their hat as to what their intentions really are. Then the gloating about it. My point is this: Enjoy your time with family and friends because the last time you see them may be just that.

From what I am hearing now, Russia is mobilizing nearly two entire army groups to pinch off this salient–that is currently being savaged by Alligator gunships (stand off ATGM’s with a range of 9 miles BTW), artillery, drones and every sort of ISR weapon imaginable. It is doomed to fail. And that is possibly the point of the exercise to think of it–a massive failure to bring in the help of NATO to home-guard western Ukraine, as every swinging Ukrainian dick is mobilized to be shipped off to the front East of the Dnieper River. This most likely is the excuse for NATO to come swinging into Ukraine before November, which is boy-butter Senator Graham’s homo wet dream for the last two years.
