   Ending the waste of “mass transit” by ending Federal support for these vast systems of Leftist waste and replacing that with support for getting people out of subway cars and into cars they drive, that’s what would work to do that.

   If she’d have had her own vehicle, starting with being able to afford one on a pizza restaurant worker’s pay, this wouldn’t have happened.

   The American economy needs a big stimulus, especially for American manufacturing.

   Add to it the rollback of every regulatory over-reach that’s made it so that the bulk of vehicles that can be sold are essentially “light trucks” and anything that can pass for one, primarily in the realm of “environmental protection” that hasn’t amounted to anything but gatekeeping by Leftists in America, so we can Make Cheap Cars Great In America Again.

Reliable as hell and will probably go at least another 150,000 before any real maintence happens.

My truck emits water from the tailpipe, unlike a Tesla that emits sulphurous poison from electrical plants. And creates all kinds of hazards with it’s freaky battery that will be trash eventually. A Tesla can flame on worse than a Pinto and you don’t even have to run into it. Just get the battery wet. The fire department that has to camp on it for two weeks will love you.

      As to the alleged Mauser 06, I’m guessing psyop. On the slim chance it’s not, reduced recoil loads for 308 and 06 are available for the recoil shy. Still plenty lethal to 3 or 4 hundred yards. No big boom or blasting someone’s neck in two though.

   4. Oh, and I’ve given thought over the years to vehicles as weapons. Don’t even have to draw it, you are already driving. I have no cow catcher dammit so will have to downshift and slow enough to plow through without damaging the truck too badly. They chase you in a car? Once they are almost next to you, brake and swing into their rear quarter panel and watch them spin out. Be ready to duck if they shoot through the windows. I’d really like to reinforce my doors to stop up to .50 cal with aluminum or steel.

      1. You don’t need to stop .50 in your description of rioters attacking your truck. At most it will be .30 from an ak. Most likely it will be pistol caliber because most of those pussies can’t handle big recoil.
         A ballistic panel sandwiched into your door should be sufficient for most of it.
         Hell, steel plates for target shooting are cheap and designed to hold rifle fire. Heavy to wear but in your truck door?

         1. Good points, Semper. 30 cal should be sufficient and the targets you speak of are pretty cheap. Steel is best for trucks as long as you don’t add 2000 lbs of it. Not so good for hard plates due to upward ricochets. I’ve got ballistic plates for my 3A+ soft armor. Still would like to get a K-pot, been putting that off. Saw some at Ft. Bragg’s clearance site a while back 1 gen older but had other priorities at the time.

            And yeah Berg, I can see a small car suffering. I used to carry 1800 lbs of work crap in the Ranger though with no real performance loss. Only lost 1mpg for that matter, the Vulcan V6 is an incredible engine. Only gets 20mpg empty but 19mpg squatting on the axle bumpers. The auto glass? Not a lot that can be done. Real laminiated BR glass is a thick heavy mofo, I’ve installed it in the past.

         Some genius O-4 had this idea with our soft-skinned vehicles in Afghanistan.
         So we weighed the Corolla and Escape down with armor in the doors…while the windows and windshield were just regular auto glass. The drop in performance was significant and we ditched the panels pretty quickly.

         1. Yeah, with rare exceptions, officers are veritible fonts of stupid ideas.
            Loading down a passenger car not designed for those loads is a good example. I, however, am putting this in a “truck” that has carried much much heavier loads in the past. My normal load was 1800 pounds when it was my work truck. And in the US, a white Ranger is pretty damned anonymous. It will carry steel door panels for .30 cal with no problem with minimal loss of performance and gas mileage. Hardest part will be jackassing the damn things into the doors.

            1. It sounds like a better idea than it actually is. The chances that you’ll need it are so minute that it’s hardly worth thinking about, honestly. 🙂
               You’d also need to reinforce the door hinges and mounts for the extra weight, and likely make other modifications that I’m not familiar with. We lost the ability to roll the windows down with those panels too.

The hinges aren’t made for a door that weighs a lot more. So I would be back to aluminum or ballistic panels and “still’ lose the ability to operate the windows. It would probably be easier to just drape some plate hangers inside with ceramic plates in them which is expensive. Probably be best to blow it off and try to avoid any nog/commie infested areas. I’m thinking grill guard and relying on speed would probably be the easiest solution and interfere with normal truck function the least. My thanks to both you and Semper for clarifying this issue.

   5. You can’t end mass transit because it’s a huge jobs program just like the post office. A solution-white people get mass transit bus stops on the north and west side of the streets. People of color(not white peoples) get mass transit bus stops on the south and east sides of the streets.
      Nobody is allowed to use a bus stop or bus that does not align with their race.

      Mass transit trains-The train gets bisected in the middle by the train engine. The front passenger cars are for the people of color. The back section of cars go to the white peoples.

      Nobody even has to say it but I will. The colors bus stops will have fights, robberies, rapes, thefts, trash, vandalism, urination, all the bad stuff.

      The white bus stops won’t have much of that. Same with the train cars. And without a doubt all the people of colors will want to be with the whites no matter what. They will do everything they can to be around the whites.

At the funeral, their trucks were blasting country and classic rock. A number of them speak less Spanish than I do. Linda’s husband’s side of the family was white and old time Texans. He passed in 2015.

         A happy weekend, my tribe increased by about 800 percent, scattered from Palmer, 2.5 miles south of me to my future AO near Cedar Creek Lake. I gained a new grandson I met who is a nice respectful young man with his head screwed on right. Loves guns, hates leftists, etc. We had a blast talking and shooting Saturday and even got to intimidate some city slicker liberals that came over citing freeking game laws to try to convince us shooting was illegal on less than 10 acres in Henderson County. Ten minutes of research showed their lies up and we had already sent them packing. They pretended to be passing on friendly advice about us shooting and we responded by saying fucking liberals needed to go back to CA or Highland Park or McKinney or whatever other liberal slime pit they crawled out of. My grandson stuck his hand out to the man and he shook it by reflex. His AWFL quickly said they had stomach flu to avoid getting our redneck cooties on them.

         So, I feel recharged and while physically spent, more mentally relaxed and sleeping better. The Good Lord blessed my unworthy self this weekend.

Assuming the 30.06 rifle is the actual weapon used, and the location of the shooter is correct, and given that the slowed-down close up video is legit, it appears CK was hit in the front plate of his concealed plates, and the bullet spalled into his neck & head/spine instead of being captured by the plate. The neck wound appears to come from below while his shirt puffs out at the moment of impact. Now if he was wearing steel armor, and it comes out that he was, AR500 & other steel plate makers are screwed. If it was ceramic & it didn’t capture the projectile & pieces, some company will have a lot to answer for. Once we are able to do an after action review of this incident I think there will be more than a few learning moments the rest of us can take from it. Even without wanting to, Charlie may still able to teach us something.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the Mauser wasn’t in 8mm (7.92X57 which closely resemble a 30-06) and somebody looked at the recovered cartridges if they were ball without checking the headstamp and just went boom -obviously a 30-06. And yes, after WWII several overseas companies mfg’d Mauser mil-style rifles in 30-06 to arm US allies.
    Very unlikely a round hitting a steel plate would have spalled/ricocheted cleanly enough to punch that clean hole in the front of his throat. The 6mm steel plates my company sells stops this kind of thing cold with no deformation up to 7.62X51 AP. A clean hit at the back of the neck with a 192gr 8mm(or a 160gr 30-06) FMJ projectile would have gone through the body structure with no deformation and punched out a clean hole. Any kind of hunting type round would have made a God-awful mess.
    At 200 yards and elevated I would think that the noise of the shot would be somewhat attenuated.

    3. I’m curious as to why this shirt logo keeps changing in the photos posted in different places. Sometimes it is clearly an American flag with something superimposed in front of it. In the more distant examples, it looks like a silhouette giving a Hitler salute. In these examples we don’t even have a flag and there is nothing perceptible to me in the message except “modern art”.

       I’m also curious as to why the shooter is photographed in his final movements on campus to the shooting position and there is no sign of a Mauser sized rifle. Good rear shot of the backpack reveal it to be too small to hide a battle rifle unless it is a breakdown custom. The only possible explanation other than the FBI having a planted weapon from the woods is that the barrel was removed from the stock to “possibly” fit in the backpack and was reinstalled on the roof. Very unlikely, a run of the mill AR platform with the upper and lower receivers separated would handle the 200 yrd shot easily and is much easier to conceal.
       Video of the post shot escape from the rooftop does not indicate that the subject was carrying a rifle. There seems to be some fumbling with something that is possibly covered with a towel, but it does not appear solid or long enough.
       The suspected shooter also is wearing long sleeves, The report of forearm imprints on the weapon are suspect unless they were from previous handling. The fact that he did not sanitize the rifle before discarding it and left palm and forearm prints means that there has to be fingerprints too.
       Given the FBI track record and the complete lack of interest in following up and getting answers to the Butler shooting last year, we have ample reason to suspect another misdirection operation.

    So, I was all on board the current narrative until I saw the video of the guy jumping off the roof. Who very clearly did not have a rifle. Official narrative says he had it under his clothes. But a deer rifle down the pants and under the shirt should have changed his running gait. I would also expect for him to be using a hand to hold up that long ride. But the kicker is when he hits the ground, and bends over to get his pack. He bends at the knees and at the hips, with a smooth quick motion that does not show a rifle barrel or stock pushing out against the fabric. He then takes off again, also with a clean, unobstructed gait.
    Which led me to go back to another video, the one where a camera sweeps the audience once they hear the shot, and you can see this tiny speck of something up and running on the roof. No chance the 2ish seconds were enough time to hide a deer rifle under his clothes and already be 20 feet away from his shooting site. Even if he has some fancy breakdown rifle he would have to have trained that extensively.
    If he didn’t have the rifle coming off the roof, where did it go? Did he leave it there? Who planted the .30-06? And I’m hearing now they did not recover the bullet, so they can’t rule that rifle in or out.
    Frankly, if he keeps his mouth shut and gets a decent lawyer he has a non-zero chance of walking free. And oh how that will inflame the situation.
