Well… been a busy couple of days. Heard back from my dude who won the raffle that he’ll be home from his Christmas Vay-Kay tomorrow and then<\/strong> we could discuss ‘stuff’ and logistics.

Then, I’ve started a diet and gym work, and unlike most who start at the beginning of the year, I tend to stick to it. No booze since New Years (Dry January dammit) and the gym had a waaaaay too good ‘join us, first month $1, get a free month’ deal which I OH SO Cannot take advantage of, as it’s Anytime Fitness, which I’ve belonged to before, but quit due to reasons a ways back… seems the ownership changed, and unlike the previous knothead, these guys have a DotMil discount on top of the 2 months for a $1 thing…

So yesterday, I got my lift on, today being a off day (man I’m sore). And I’m currently waiting on Pep Boys to call me to get the Boat back, as the raffle $$$ was to specifically assist in getting new sneakers for it… $250 a tire ‘cos ‘truck’ and ‘reasons’…

I mean there were cheaper, but these were the best On Road\/Off Road for the pricing I got. And I want<\/strong> at least the theoretical ability to go off road IF such circumstances become necessary…

Hence why the ‘saving kitty’ is now for a brush-buster\/guard.

Board using the 101st ABN. Ergo damned near all the laws have been already adjudicated by the highest court in the land, i.e. the Supreme Court.

And these ARE NOT laws that can be fucked with by lower courts, even though a few lower courts have<\/strong> unconstitutionally overreached because ‘feelings\/reasons’ and they’ll be dealt with when<\/strong> not if OrangeManBad decides to go full fuckin’ bore on this one… which includes those lower courts, specifically those individual tardo-Judges who’ve placed themselves in the crosshairs metaphorically speaking…
