Teste Teste…One… Two… Three?

<Tap!Tap!Tap!>
Is this thing on?

Greetings Me Droogs N Droogettes!
Alive
A LARGE update to follow.
I’m Alive…
By the Grace of the Lord Almighty and Jesus Hisself so is everyone else…
For now>>>
Of course things are waaaaaaaaaaay out of control. Like I said, I just finished a marathon undercover two-twelve hour days of driving… between I-95 South being one lane only after dark and the fact that the fucking barge that I -had- to rent from U-Fucking-Think-U-Haul had a top speed of 55

IF I was lucky

And as we’ve seen as of late?
Luck?
What Fucking Luck?
I know not of what you speak.
We did however, despite downpours, and an uncomfortable night in a “Comfort” Inn… which BTW, the fucking room we had was a handicap room (only thing they had left with a king size bed) and it was fucking 3 times the size of the shithole apartment we just evacuated from… we made it home alive… It just took forever….

So, more for later. I’m not feeling the ‘Intrepid Reporter” thing that much these days… dunno… maybe need to update the moniker… let me know in the comments

  1. You have chosen wisely, breaking free of the Goolag.
    Good on ya.
Random Free Association is fun or confliction ideas in a George Orwell style if the intrepid style has grown tiresome.
BTW-That berserk flammenwerfer barrage album cover is Death Kommander-Pro Patria Mori from 2021!

  2. Roger that, BC! Hit the rack! I shall expect a comprehensive sitrep ASAP! 👍

Keep ya stick on the ice over there!

  3. I’m here if you need anything. Life is a little burnt around the edges but safe and sound.

  4. At least we know that you’re not in gaol for…….reasons.
    See ya later, ‘gater.
Get ya some a’ that R&R you desperately need.
    AAR can come later.

  5. glad to hear that you guys are alive and sort of well. it also sounds like you got hammered up that place.
U-haul trucks do suck as a rule. had to rent one or two in the past myself. not a lot of fun.
kind of funny how people still think we have rule of law here anymore. I think those days are long behind us, myself. still praying for you guys here. keep the faith, she come back to you two.
sounds like the lawyer was kind of like I feared she would be, a merc.
so, now that everyone knows you “okay, sort of” rest up, get your casa back to normal or what passes
for it now a days. remember this, she is not going to forget you two . and she will come back to you.
now find some other than bud lite to drink.

  6. So glad to have you back BCE! I now have your new site back in it’s rightful place on my favorites list, right after Market Ticker (While I love Karl Denniger’s insights and intelligence his stuff is very dry and mostly tl;dr) and right before Filthie. I have been praying for you and yours while you were gone. Take care out there!

  7. May I ask a favor? A favor for myself and for all those who, like me, do not see as well as we used to.

Would you do a favor to those of us who would like to read what you write but who simply cannot do so if you publish in tiny type.

The competition for readers online is fierce and, although I came here from Western Rifle Shooters and would very much like to read what you have to say, I didn’t even try to read your article. Instead, I spent that time writing this sincere request.

    What am I missing?

    1. “what am i missing?”
if you are on that list, nothing, if you aren’t, EVERYTHING. I am not on that list, saw that and know enough to “not ask”,,
what you don’t know, you can’t spill.

  9. And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with flammenwerfers.

  10. Sorry things continue to be disappointing news with AG. She knows that you love her and that will help. Check out Penske next time-although I realize this was a run from hell. Penske tends to maintain their trucks/stuff and they are much easier to work with. I’m thinking a used luxury RV might be better than a rented apartment but crazy judges could have other ideas.

  11. BCE~ Both of you are back in your home territory . Rest, recover and regroup.
Not that I wish anyone harm, but that judge needs to be picked up and tossed in the clink on charges he can’t bail out on.

  12. Every landing you walk away from us a good one.
Yeah, know all about U-haul box trucks and 2000 mile runs, been there, done that. Never fun.
Get some R&R, unwind and get back in the groove.
How about “BC Warp 3” for the next launch?
    Peace bro.

  13. When you cross the Florida state line on US 1/301 going south, there’s a convenience store to your right and an immediate turn onto the county road that will become your new back route into Florida.

Stay on it and what it merges into until you pass the one gas station and come up on the county road named after an elevator company, then cut back to US 301.

Difficult to drive by day in a truck, seriously dangerous at night.

Nassau County log truck guys know the route, and then there are the few brave U-Haul drivers on it.

Top speed at night is 28 mph.

That’s not why you’ll want to take that road.

You’ll figure it out or you’ll stay out on 95 doing the gauntlet like a fool.

    1. We hit 301 a bit further off of I-10 actually. No way in hell were we doing 95 on the East Coast. Back alllllllll the way on 301 and maybe hit 75 when the time is rigth… either way that I-4/75 junction is ALWAYS fucked up.
